Slow delivery

Unfortunately I paid for 2-3 days shipping and it arrived after 5 days meaning I had to get it shipped to a new location. Very unresponsive team who didn’t help us. I asked simple questions and my phone calls kept being ignored or my texts were half answered. Received the product in the end and it’s ok, but not as adjustable as we’d hoped the adjustable chair would be.

It was great that you sent me the product that I had asked and payed for. I am actually into guitar playing, as a beginner etc. Hopefully I will have many more years of enjoyment. It's great that I feel I am motivated, to look at musical instruments and their parts!

Horrific customer service and…

Horrific customer service and communication. Lied about my order and its availability and delivery status. Refused to answer e-mails, calls and texts. Basically has stolen my money. Have reported to Dept of Fair trading. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!

No service, communication or delivery.

As per with previous one star ratings, near zero communication had to send up to three emails to get a response. It started with receiving an email a few days after placing my order saying it would be shipped that Friday and I would receive tracking information. That didn't happen, I finally got a new shipping date with the same result.
After receiving a third date with the same result as previous, I decided that a month was long enough and asked for a refund. I didn't get a reply to this so luckily I paid through PayPal and asked them to take over for me. PayPal are still waiting for a response.
I wouldn't order a guitar pick from this lot and will have nothing to do with them again.
Ordered the same product from a different seller, cheaper, free postage and was delivered three days after I ordered it. Big thanks to PayPal for their help.

Terrible customer service

Put an order in on 28 May 2024. Received invoice but not further correspondence. Waited until the 17 June 24 for item to be shipped then contacted store for update. Waited another two days and heard nothing. Put a complaint in through PayPal and received a refund within 30 mins of putting the claim in from Seller.

So they do see their emails. They just don't respond. Would never shop here again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I would never shop here again and would rather pay more elsewhere just to get a better customer experience. They never pick up thier phone, return phone calls or reply to emails. Don't believe me? Try calling this company and judge for yourself! They were quick to take my money but never provided me with any updates as to when it would be sent. I ended up getting a refund from PayPal.

Please check your email as we offered to upgrade you to a better product and we’re waiting for you confirmation I'm very confused about this review. Maybe offering an upgrade for the same price is not the way of satisfying certain customers. Not sure why a good deed has been perceived as a negative deed.

I ordered a wireless microphone set 4/3/24... after a few days I was contacted by the store via email, this product will be delivered by the end of the month, do you wish to go ahead? I replied yes.... On the 26/3/24 I asked for an ETA date and now no one wants to talk to me? with 2 actual delivery days left in March, I couldn't imagine delivery before the end of the month now... So now I'm waiting, waiting, with no customer service help... now the 8/4... still no item and no customer service??????????????????????

The products that we ordered are…excellent

The products that we ordered are amazing but the customer service is absolutely atrocious, we have only just received in the last 2 weeks our order that was placed back on 26th November 2023, there was no communication as to whether our parcel had been sent other than one email with a tracking number that never changed from pending, it took for me to get a bit angry in an email to get any kind of information regarding our order. Call me a Karen but just courtesy email would have been enough to explain or any kind of information would have been great. Disgusting customer service.

We did email and keep you updated and were very polite towards you. People need to understand that at the moment there are shortages and delays and it is beyond our control. We updated you and kept in contact. As soon as i heard from you we responded and actioned things for you right away. As we did mention that there were delays and goods were sent out and lost in post as well to make things even worse. Om happy you have the product. We delivered what you wanted at the end. And that is the most important thing. Enjoy your item :)
