I paid €10.50 for the return shipment to Slovakia.
Shipping went quickly and smoothly but I would not order here again. The buyer bears all return shipping costs. The return shipment goes to Slovakia. This means that shipping from Germany costs at least €10.50. I would therefore no longer order from this store if there was a risk that I would have to send something back.

Incorrect Vinyl Variant Delivered
The vinyl variant that I ordered, according to the Muziker website description AND product images from the website was not delivered. Instead I received a different variant of the vinyl. To be clear, this is NOT an instance of the pressing just having some off-color - it is an entirely different vinyl variant. I sent an email to Muziker Claims & Returns to try to address the matter. After several days, I have no response. The Muziker FAQ page explicitly states “All product photos you find on our website come directly from the manufacturers, so they definitely are a match to reality.” As such, I trusted Muziker to deliver the product that I ordered and Muziker did not deliver. And after days with no response, the service as well as the product don’t meet any high standard of business.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Returning a product is quite complicated and they force the customer to pay return costs. In my case, more than 50 euros cargo costs for 72 euros costed product. I'm from Austria and their return facility is in Slowakei! Then you have to pay international cargo costs! I wrote this issue to the company's customer center but I did not receive an answer. I go for once again and forever Thomann!

Surprisingly good!
Ordered a Chapman Pro ML1 Baritone. I guess this makes me a bad person. So be it. :)
1. Fast delivery to Vienna, Austria (not far, ~80km).
2. Packaging very very bold!
Guitar-in-box -> 10cm air packs -> Cardboard Box with a hint of tape.
Totally ok for this distance, but a cowboy move.
-> I did go for transport insurance though. €3,99 as of today.
3. Beautiful guitar, no B-stock or horror story at all. Finish absolutely untouched, neck perfectly fine, mechanics tight and undamaged.
-> I did go for pre-shipment inspection though. €59,90 as of today.
I was a bit terrified by the many terrible one-star reviews, but i guess i got lucky and now got a beautiful instrument more than 50% off.
