Just opened the Box wich came from you. Here is only the piano. There’s no bench, headphones or exercise book.
And even the color of the instrument is wrong. I’ve ordered the Rosenwood, but here is the black one.

Two stars only because I finally received my order. I placed & paid the order on 17.Sep. After that Muziker did not change the oder status to ‚Confirmed‘ but every day (automatically?) updated the expected delivery day to the day after tomorrow (or to Monday if it fell to the weekend). In couple of weeks I contacted Muziker via ‚Contact form‘ and even received automatic confirmation, that the inquiry will be processed, on my email. After further waiting I finally called to Muziker on 13.Oct. They don‘t speak English, only German, but still I got to know, that when I put the order it was placed on hold (because of my comment about delivery after 21.Sep) and NOBODY EVER HAD A LOOK ON MY ORDER AFTERWARDS. The call center colleague pressed ‚Confirmed‘ button and on 3rd working day (Wednesday) the order was finally delivered. Bad kuck: it was exactly the day, when I could not stay at home because of the fixed office day (that's why I left the comment in the hope of prompt delivery, but not in Wednesday). The only day in the week. So I had to carry my 18+ kg parcel to home from the shop for about 300+meters.

The parcel was left by DPD at my local pickup station and I was told I had until the 23rd to pick it up. It was collected by DPD and sent back to the sender in the 21st. Never received the goods.

Horrendous customer service.
I bought an expensive, high-end paddleboard and it burst after only three uses. The whole situation happened on a public beach with children around, and gave everyone quite a scare.
The manufacturer recommends a pressure of 14PSI-20PSI, and it was on 16.5 PSI at the time of the burst. After checking the board closely, I found that the board was damaged in multiple areas, with the glue coming off. I do water sports for some time and have never encountered such a poor-quality product.
I contacted the manufacturer directly and they suspected that, according to the damage, the board might have fallen under the recall series, and offered to send me a new board instead. I declined the offer due to my disappointment in the product’s quality, so then the manufacturer advised me to ask the seller (Muziker) for my money back. When I did that, Muziker’s response was to send the board to a service to check if it can be repaired. Obviously, I don't want a defective, repaired product that, in my opinion, should not have been sold in the first place, but Muziker's customer support seems to prioritize selling low-quality products instead of fixing their mistakes. That's a shame cause I was hoping to swiftly resolve the situation and buy a new board to continue with my summer. But the whole reclamation process is so slow, complicated, and unfair to both the customer and the manufacturer, that I won't be making the mistake of buying from this shop ever again.
