Thank you for your order and for sharing your feedback. I’ve checked the tracking and can confirm your Order was dispatched on 19 September and delivered on 7 October—around 12 working days. Our website shows estimated delivery windows; Standard shipping is typically 8–10 working day, for your address but this can vary depending on local processing in each country. In your case, your city’s processing centre added roughly two extra working days.
For time-sensitive orders we also offer Express shipping, which is faster and more predictable. If you ever have a deadline, Please choose the express shipping option on checkout page or contact us and we will be happy to advise the best option before you place an order.
