I placed an order and made sure they still had stock for the F1L 3.0 CORE with Fanatec QR2. They had three in stock. After I placed my order and refreshed the page, it said two in stock, so I had peace of mind that I wouldn't be put on backorder or something. After three working days and still two left in stock, it still said "preparing shipment." I tried contacting them via Instagram, but there was no response for days. I tried the support email and got this response: "MVHStudios, Hello Christiphe, your order is shipping this week. Tracking will follow in the next email." I thought, "Sweet!" This was on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Today is Sunday, October 19, 2025, and it still says "preparing shipment." I will give it another week or so, max until October 24, 2025, before I have to contact PayPal.

I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and, like I said, give it another week. I was hoping to review this steering wheel for my audience.

Order #26296 was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded .

Stay away from this company, this is a sign from beyond warning me.
They are calling me a thief! I have worked for this money!

I recently purchased the Logitech Load cell brake pedal conversion kit. Delivery was quick and all parts are of great quality. Fitting instructions and calibration videos were very professional and easy to follow.
I would highly recommend this upgrade. The brake pedal now feels so much more realistic. The difference from standard is huge. I'm knocking seconds of my lap times.

Purchased a F1L wheel and what a piece of kit, overly impressed with the product as a whole and the customer service provided

Ordered an f1s series 1 from MVH. It took around 2 weeks to arrive. This was because of a large amount of orders at one time. MVH was very open in explaining this. Messaging on the shop app after order, I always received a response with in an hour to let me know the status of my order. F1S wheel arrived and is exactly as described and works flawlessly. I'm very happy and will be a returning customer.

Contacted through social media for a wheel enquiry, the response was rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to buy from them, changed my mind. Poor.
EDIT: after seeing this review, MVH studios chased me on social media calling it “funny” and thanking me, instead of understanding the nature of the review.

I bought the Load Cell conversion kit and the variable pitch spring for my Logitech G29 pedals and I am extremely satisfied! What a change. The brake feeling completely changed and it feels like a professional pedal set. I also followed the recommendation of using the old brake spring for the accelerator pedal and that also improved dramattically. Overall good quality, fast shipping, fast customer support. Before buying a more expensive pedals, upgrade your G29 and you won't be disappointed

Overall, I have to start by explaining how good the product is. I cannot fault it. It's fantastic, the feel and quality is great and can really transform the Logitech wheel. If this review was purely based on the product, it'd be 5/5.

However, I have taken 2 stars away for the service. When ordering there was no information on lead time, other than on the FAQs which were clearly out of date as it suggested heavily next day was available.

Once I ordered, it was clear this wasn't the case, and I think, just open communication up front would have set the expectations a little better. It took a little more than a month to arrive. Shortly after I ordered, I contacted them and there was then an update on the website to show the delayed timelines. It's not even that long, but it was just the incorrect setting of expectations. I checked the site this morning and I notice it has changed and the FAQs are no longer there.

I think they could really help themselves with being honest with a guideline of time for delivery to the countries in which they do the most business, that way people aren't disappointed when it takes a month.

Mvh studios took around three months to ship my order, but it was well worth it after all that wait. Despite my L2 button falling off a lot, the wheel is high quality and easy to set up. This doesn't deserve 3/5 stars, but it's not a ten out of ten, so it's an 8/10 on my scale.

This company is rude do not send any email updates I had to chase them for them to tell me that there was a issue with making the arts it states on there site there in stock but have already waited month and no further forward was told last week my order was a priority and was being sent out next day had to message them again another week gone by no update at all all this rubbish about spam I have no emails in my spam from them and apparently now they have not sent because of postal strike I didn’t know there was a postal strike in Greece also weather there is a postal strike or not u surely would have posted it now being told another week to post them another ten days to get to uk then aparently 4-5 days to post in the uk I could walk the breath of the uk on that time but apparently it is uk Royal Mail tracked which should be 24 hours this company is full of $hit !!!

Cancelled order after a month and a half of waiting. Website says wheels are despatched within 21 days, or in the FAQ it says "Good news, we are catching up and can pretty much finish your order the next day. "

After 45 days my order was still in Greece and when I contacted them was told it would be another 10 days to even reach the UK. Order updates are sent, but around a week between, a week to print, a week to put together, a week to quality check, a week to box/label.

In contrast I ordered from a competitor which was despatched the same day.

Bought a wheel and I was told it would take up to 3 weeks, which I thought was a bit long. More than a week later recieved an email to say they had started making my wheel. Not sure what they had been doing before that? Then didn't get updates unless I chased them. It eventually took over 7 weeks for my delivery. To say I was disappointed with the cheap bit of plastic with foam grips is an understatement. In returning they insist on a tracking number, so it cost me £8.95 to send it back, which they won't refund. So basically I spent £8.95 for the privilege of waiting over 7 weeks for a cheap piece of plastic. Never again.

So I have decided to change my review from a negative to a positive as the quality of the item is extremely good and that outweighs the long waiting time. Really happy with it so it's a thumbs up.

Ordered an F1 wheel around mid May. Came just over a week ago. So more or less a month to arrive from the moment I placed the order.

It is absolutely fantastic! Well worth the wait and the money. Just adds another level of immersion playing with F1 22.

I will say though, as I’m sure others will agree. Bit of a ball ache putting it all together, but once it’s done it’s done.

The buttons are meh, a little flimsy. But they’re buttons. The main event, the wheel itself, is great! Sturdy and feels like a dream. I’ve also purchased the Ferrari stickers for my base and f1 wheel from lovely stickers. I have the Logitech G29.

Over the course of the month, MVH kept in contact with me. I’d send emails for updates, and it took no more than a day or two for them to reply.

For me, I’ve had excellent service and an excellent all round product.

Their customer service was excellent and responsive
The product has a good strong, high quality feel to it with a nice selection of handle fabrics
The packaging was sufficient and I'm very pleased with the product as a whole
The only negative would be shipping times, but from Greece to Aus in around 3 weeks is pretty impressive

Made order on 28th April, #14947 order number, first order I made the website glitched so order was not processed and the money went out of my account contacted a team member he said for me to contacted my bank because they don’t have the order or payment so to ask my bank to give me money back and yes my bank give me money back when they give me money back placed second order all good this time money went out everything good confirmation email all good, after Got email they started my, then other email saying they were doing finally check and then on total after 15 days of waiting since last answer today I contacted them if they could give an update there answer was “Hello did you want to cancel your order because we received chargeback” and i got surprise with that answer so reply to them explain the problem and them got email saying your order has been canceled now no money no wheel and no answer back anymore from them all day so I would not recommend to order nothing from this place this sound a bit of scam o people with order made in Greece to come to uk please stay way for this company.

I really don't understand how this business works at all, it's utterly confusing I'll explain...

I ordered a Mclaren f1 wheel, with suede grips, now I assumed as there's a UK base it wouldn't take as long, incorrect my wheel was made in Greece. 2 months waiting I had enough I got tolled my wheel was delayed due to supply issues. OK fine but surely offer an alternative grip(s) correct?

Anyway 3ish months later my wheel came and the quality is ridiculous, whoever tested it was either blind or didn't care, or better still didn't bother. The suede grips are unacceptable they just give you black imprints on your hands, the base plate sticker in the top right corner was peeled upon opening box, screw holes where the suede cover have hole gaps. And the stickers Mclaren weren't stuck down properly..

All in all a horrible experience, I will say the wheel feels great to race in gt3 games and f1, I'm annoyed that 1 quality control was horrific, and just be honest with customers, like recommend an alternative if it'll take longer, I appreciate your busy and have hundreds of orders but I'm been more than understanding, I mean all this could have been avoided surely. And try and keep your UK based customers UK based and not Greece. I never got an apology, I'm actually extremely disappointed.

Maybe new leather grips sent out I'll up this review to 5 and forget what's happened, the suede is the biggest let down. I did want to buy the telemetry screen but to scared to incase I wait nearly half a year. So I won't bother buying from you again.

Honestly no complaints, had no issue waiting as i knew i was not ordering from the likes of amazon (seems everyone these days want next day delivery on anything) product is well designed, well made and well worth it. Emailed a few times looking for updates and response was always swift explaining what stage my order was at. Well worth it👍

Terrible all round. Took nearly 2 months to come, and when it did there’s only a short video showing you how to install and no other instructions, terrible! When I finally got to screwing the wheel on, the holes didn’t match! The magnetic shifters were covered in glue! The buttons on the wheel are all loose. It feels incredibly cheap. Awful customer service! Don’t buy whatever you do!!

Just takes too long to get orders and this is not really clear when you place the order, I'm sure they are great wheels but how can I tell if I never get it, I finally have received a notification that it has been dispatched via royal mail and two days later it pops up that its still at their local post office, how can It take 2 days after giving the customer dispatch notification to get it to the post office!?
