They shipped an incomplete order, I notified them, they replied they would verify the problem, days later nothing. Unfortunately, I had to leave feedback, force a refund, and gladly returned the incomplete order at my expense.

What’s disturbing is following my actions they began harassing me, sending many demeaning messages. It’s almost laughable that this business can stay afloat with their lack of professionalism. But hey, it’s Miami. Maybe this is normal to them

I bought 2 qts of Jell Coat. It was hard and long dried when it arrived. I contacted the company and they agreed to send a replacement. But they did not. It was lip service. The guy was lying right to me. A month or so later I called again. The same person who said he would put it in the mail that day, now told me months later it had been over 30 days and he would not replace or refund it.
He never disputed that he had sent me bad product. This company has no honor.
