I've been a customer of Mwave for several years, and I'm sad to say their service has significantly deteriorated. What was once a reliable retailer has become frustratingly unresponsive.
My recent experience highlights these issues: they don't reply to customer emails, and their delivery timeframes are misleading. Communication about delays has been non-existent. I've lost confidence in this business and won't be returning. I'm taking my future purchases elsewhere and would caution other customers to consider alternatives before ordering.

absolutely deceptive - the promised timelines for delivery and response were completely ignored. No proactivity from the company about addressing delays - needed the consumer to hound them regarding the issue. Token responses to initial requests for clarification of delays. Because of the delays other alternative opportunities for progressing equipment needs passed - this is NOT reliable if you have a business depending upon timely delivery of purchased products.

1 star is too many for these crooks. Their website misleads you on stock and shipping times. They lock your funds and don't respond to messages, even through their own ticketing system. Luckily I used PayPal and was able to raise a dispute to get my money back. Then they ignored PayPal for several days. Sadly, my order was finally dispatched and they were able to keep my money.

I ordered Samsung 990 PRO 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2280 SSD with Heatsink on the 29th Dec. Paid extra for faster delivery. After no delivery for 5 business days (not including the public holidays), I contacted them only to be told they don't have any stock. This was not mentioned on the website when the order was placed. Lady on the phone said they would email me with an update by the end of the day. 2 days later I get an email which just said there is a delay. I responded stating my disappointment and was not advised of the stock issue and I would not have ordered or paid paid extra for faster delivery. The only response I got was "we will let you know when it is back in stock".

Don't buy from these muppets
I bought a MacBook during the Boxing Day sales. I got some weird message about payment verification. Whatever, I thought, give them a few days. It turns out (if you click on the "more" link on their janky webpage) that they want me to send them screenshots of my bank confirming that I paid them. What? Their more recent message suggests that they haven't even secured the product I paid for. But they have my money. What an absolute S***show. Maybe it's in their terms and conditions, I don't know, but why do I need to read a textbook to buy a laptop? It's a simple transaction. I could have gone to officeworks, paid them the money and they would have handed me the damn thing (and price matched). Instead, weeks have passed and I'm faffing about messaging in the hope that they might get it into stock and *might* send it to me some day
Recent experience is terrible
I've used MWave for years - recently they've changed hands and it's gone round the u-bend.
At best I think they're drop shipping - at worst, two tickets open and an unfulfilled order that's not been touched in over a week.
I wouldn't mind the delay - but there's no response to any enquiries, not even a "please wait".
Certainly I'll be looking for alternatives and MWave won't get the $$$'s that I spend on tech every year going forward.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve had online. Ordered products that claimed to leave warehouse within 6 days, 6 weeks later I’m chasing my order as no updates or order received. No response to emails, multiple chat messages left and no call back from messages left on phone service. Got someone who answered my attempt at an online chat at week 6 who told me the warehouse was trying to locate my package that was ready to go however it would take some time. I demanded if I didn’t have a tracking number by the end of day cancel my order. I was promised someone would be in touch… what a surprise, have heard from no one, no updates on my account, still waiting days later! Will never use them again.

I ordered a NAS with memory and a drive, 9 days after the order was placed i get an email saying they can’t get stock for part of the order, i then ask what part as if it’s the memory or drives i could get a different config. Anyway two days later nothing, i ring up them and ask to cancel the order after they ask if i want a partial shipment, what use is half a nas? This is why people use amazon for an extra $100 i can get a guaranteed delivery date and do dramas. I usually buy from amazon but thought i would try local never again.
Dont trust their great prices
Dont trust the prices on the web site if they look great. They advertised a 30% off price that undercut Amazon. I purchased. Amazon raised their price to list price. Mwave cancelled my paid sale and claimed the web site was a pricing error. This is illegal in Australia.
