I've used MWave for years. I recently had a problem with a new PC that they built for me (not caused by them) and they handled it extremely courteously and efficiently.

I took the box down to their offices and they managed to quickly identify an incompatibility between the BIOS version and the brand of memory I was trying to use. Fixed on the spot, gratis.

I absolutely recommend MWave. I can't praise them highly enough.

Only order from MWAVE if you don't want to receive your order for 3-4 weeks. Waiting that long for a product that appears to be in stock on the website is just not good enough. I will not be ordering from MWAVE again in the future. I will order from one of the other 100 online retailers that actaully have products in stock and can ship in a reasonable about of time.

I had perhaps the best ever customer service with a representative named Kenny Dayuday. I had an issue and wanted to get an item and this person went above and beyond to help me in that endeavour on a Friday afternoon of all times as well. He helped me get the item I was after.
I also want to post thanks to his mentioned Product Manager and team who he said that he wouldn't have ben able to do what he did without them.
Even when the call got disconnected he made sure to call me back.
10/10 would recommend Mwave.

If you ever have the misfortune to order multiple items and any of them have a different shipping time, this company will hold all items until the last item is in stock, even if that's multiple weeks. Not splitting an order up for shipping like this is an awful customer experience. If you ask them about shipping them separately, it does not matter if one of the items alone is several hundred dollars, they only care about the least expensive item and want to charge you further shipping.

Shonky (dishonest, unreliable, or illegal) is one word to describe this organiation. The advertised products will not be shipped. They will send a lesser package and say they hard the wrong information on the page. Advertised Drone with 3 batteries and a standalone charger. Sent a lesser package with only 1 battery and no charger. False Advertising at it best. Go somewhere else.

NSW Fair Trading will only help you send it back. Wasting time and money here. Go somewhere more reputable.

Product arrived with an obvious colour difference to advertised. Despite providing photos displaying this clearly they refuse to allow a return. Very poor and rude service. They seem to have no interest in providing a solution or indeed securing any future business.

What an amazing experience.

I placed my order with Mwave on October 10, 2025, and opened a support ticket on October 16 after not receiving any updates. It’s now well over a week later, and I’ve still had no response to my ticket.

The only communication I’ve received was an automated email on October 20, which didn’t actually address my concerns or provide any clear information about my order. For a company of this size, the lack of communication and support is really disappointing.

This has been a frustrating experience overall, and based on how poorly this was handled, I’ll think twice before ordering from Mwave again.

Rubbish customer service.
I was searching for an hour to find their new warehouse while calling MWave. No answer so I tried an email and messaging without a response.
I looked for their other address but it had closed down.
3 hours of calling and finally had someone answer.
I had enough by then and cancelled my order.
I’ll never use them again for work or home.
I will also tell my family and friends to never use them either

Ordered a product listed as in stock and paid for express shipping. Order was updated as "delayed" 4 business days after purchase. Contacted mwave who were initially unable to get any updates from their supplier. The following day I called again and was eventually advised the supplier could not deliver by end of week (ie 7 days after purchase of "in stock" product and express shipping). As product was needed by end of week subsequent to purchase, I had to cancel and buy from elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpful but these kinds of issues with supplier liaison, transparency and efficiency need to be addressed. I've left this review in the hope that these issues can be addressed - without complaints, I imagine nothing changes. Additionally, I had to reach out to mwave through their FB page before I purchased because their website wasn't letting me reset my password and therefore I couldn't log in - and ultimately had to create a new acct. The FB page claims that messages are responded to during business hours, but this is false information because after almost a week I can see my messages have not even been seen. I have reported this to mwave several times in my phone calls with them this week. Guys if you don't monitor the FB messenger platform them please don't provide information telling us that it is.

I would have rated it 4 stars until the return item came about. I ordered a keyboard, mouse, monitor and mini pc. The mini pc was not what I wanted.

The products had already been send late and only send out as I contacted them. That is ok, it happens. Then the product arrive and the mini pc was not what I expected.

I send the item back after taking some photos and videos. Only been out of the pack for the duration of a test.

I made sure it was all packed nicely.

At return to the MWAVE they send me a message it was working fine. I did not want the product and asked for a refund. All of a sudden there is the tiniest of mark on a letter on the mini pc, that was not there before! Photos to prove.

No response after that, case closed and I had the item returned to me.

MEGA disheartening and I will never be back.

Easy to order; fast delivery. No issues at all.

Availability of small item on order held it up, despite prompt responses to queries no deadlines met.

Great experience. Reasonable priced desktop/gamin rig. Great build quality. Delivery in a few days
