Wrong item - right solution
They sent me the wrong item.
They did not send proof of authentication and it had no NFC chip even though they used that as a selling point in the auction.
They changed the numbering of the limited artwork after the auction ended.
When they realised the mistake they changed the digital authentication.
I got artwork 1/3 but the authentication i got per email said 2/3 (when i told them that it was wrong they just manipulated the images on the authentication page).
After talking to support they agreed to remove their fees + shipping. They only kept the money that was going to charity.
I originaly posted that I would not trust MWS. After they agreed to the refund i have now changed my opinion and believe they try to do whats right when a mistake is done.

Very bad service, u can bid without even putting in your payment method, i tried to see how i could pay and suddenly i placed an order. Now i gotta pay or they will sue me. It’s more like a scam company.
