Fair prices, easy returns
Prices are fair, delivery is on time, and the products come in decent condition for being second hand (laptop had a few scratches). Once I had an issue with a phone battery, but the exchange was handled quickly and without stress. Overall a solid place to save money if you are okay with pre-owned items.

No hubo tracking
No hubo tracking del envio que permanecio en una caseta de vigilancia por dias y al preguntar no hubo respuesta inmediata hasta que yo fui personalmente a preguntar y me dieron el paquete. posteriormente me confirmaron la entrega.
There was no tracking for the shipment, which remained in a guardhouse for days. When I inquired, there was no immediate response until I personally went to inquire and was given the package. Later, they confirmed delivery.
