We rented an apartment for about one year without having seen it in person. It was exactly as shown on the pictures. We could move in just with our suitcases as there was everything we needed already in the apartment (like glases, plates, towels and so on). The apartment was clean and well maintained. Services from My apartment in Paris were very good, always kind and they took care of everything. We got back nearly the whole amount of the security deposit without problems . We can only recommend to rent here, especially if you come from abroad.

My first apartment rental experience with My Apartment in Paris is the best decision I have ever made. The staffs especially Ms Mylene and Mr Nicolas showed efficiency, prompt service and excellent professionalism. They made my Paris stay a memorable one and I felt having a second family far away from home. Definitely recommending them if you are looking for a short or long term stay. The experience in the apartment was spectacular. This is our 3rd stay and we do hope to return again. This time it was for 3 months. The apartment is very "Parisian" and delightful in a fantastic neighborhood. It has come to be our "Paris Home" and we are grateful the owners have always agreed to our extended stays. The staff at My Apartment in Paris were exceptional in arranging our stay and I recommend them with the highest possible enthusiasm. We were in the apartment from September 15 - November 29, 2022

This agency provides excellent service across the board: clean homes with all the amenities one needs when away from home. Grand beautiful apartment which although on a major Street had a lovely outlook to a park therefore very very quiet. We felt we were able to enjoy a local lifestyle in prestigious surroundings and did not feel the need to always go out to dinner as we enjoyed eating in. The cross ventilation within the apartment made the warmer weather bearable and quite pleasant. Only downside was the very small bathroom facilities but I guess that’s a Parisian thing. Dealing with the agency was simple and efficient. We look forward to our next stay.

Had a great stay in the apartment which was in one of the best locations. The apartment was big and clean, very well maintained and had Central AC. The staff was very helpful and had a very smooth check in process. Will surely recommend My Apartment in Paris.

The apartment was perfect! Washer and dryer was a challenge for those of us that are used to American machines but we learned! Perfect location with our favorite little restaurant across the street. The concierge of the building had a great cat that I got to know well over the month we were there. Across the street from a huge new Carrafour, Patisserie just a block down the street and multiple other neighborhood shops along the way. The apartment was on the street side but very quiet and it was fun to see the activity on the street and the Christmas lights at night! My Apartment In Paris was great to deal with. It was our second time using them and we had a perfect experience both times. We will be back

I will always use My Apartment-in-Paris for future trip to Paris. I was visiting Paris for a milestone birthday celebration with my 2 girlfriends. We booked an apartment through HomeAway and 4 days before we were to leave the owner of the apartment cancelled our reservation. I found another apartment through My Apartment-in-Paris and the staff was very understanding and wonderful to work with. The apartment was in an excellent location and had 3 large bedrooms. The bedrooms and living areas had crown moldings, chandeliers in each room and the furnishings were all very French. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern which was much appreciated. The dishwasher, washer and dryer and especially the shower all looked new. I will always use My Apartment-in-Paris for future visits and will recommend them to anyone I know. This apartment would work well for families as one of the bedrooms had 2 twins. Thank you again Eleonora and your staff for saving our trip to Paris!

Our apartment at Rue de Stanislas exceeded all of our expectations. While it was advertised as first floor, that means one flight up from ground level in Paris, which we felt was a good thing.
The apartment was beautiful: a perfect blend of old architecture & modern kitchen, bathroom and furnishings. Excellent closet & storage space. Large French windows for beautiful breeze and fresh air. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! There was also a small lift/elevator for luggage.
Eleonora was wonderful to work with... she was punctual in meeting us at our requested check-in time, and even made a special visit on our last day to unlock the apartment again, as I had accidentally locked myself out!
I highly recommend MY Apartment in Paris. I'll not look at any other options for my next visit there.

This is an excellent company. I have used them for summer vacations in Paris six times and have always had an exceptional experience. They take the time to answer all questions and communicate with you by phone or email. And they are there once you arrive to help you all the way.

Last January I stayed with my family in one wonderful apartment in Paris.
The apartment was just incredible, beautiful, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The furniture were just great and the location was perfect!

Only to mention, my little daughter forgot one gold necklace in the apartment and they were very kind mailing it back to me!

We love this company. We have stayed in the same apartment twice and plan to come back. The apartment we picked is a 20-30 minute walk from major sites, but you stay in a community that becomes your own. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen and with a quick visit to Monop for groceries you have everything you need. The staff were beyond helpful when we needed help with lost luggage from the airport and the rental process is easy. I recommend them to everyone.

We had a terrific time in this beautiful apartment in Paris. The apartment was not only lovely, but it was very well equipped and living there was easy. The location is superb, and communication with the hosts was very pleasant. Can't recommend highly enough!

I have been renting apartments from MAP since 2006 because of their wonderful selection and excellent service! This year was no exception. Our month in the 6th was absolutely lovely...the apartment was in a great location convenient to transportation, restaurants, shopping and a beautiful garden view. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable month stay. MAP staff is always friendly and helpful. My partner and I have been renting apartments from My Apartment in Paris since 2011. We started with a 3 week rental, progressed to a year (that extended to 2 and a half) and, more recently, to rentals of 3 months. Most apartments we've rented have been in the 6th arrondissement but on our last visit we stayed in the 1st.
The service offered by My Apartment has always been excellent, from check-in through to departure. They are transparent, reliable and fair, and always respond quickly to any problems that might arise. Their staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful - in 6 years we've never encountered a problem.
As expected, the quality of apartments varies, but they all exceed the minimum standard that we look for in a Paris apartment. (We've stayed in apartments managed by other agencies and the quality is far less reliable).
My Apartment will continue to be our agency of choice whenever we visit Paris.

I just spent a month in the apartment on Rue De Rennes. It was a wonderful experience and My Apartment In Paris was professional at every turn.
This 3 BD/1 BA apartment is on the 6th level BUT there is a very new (if tiny) elevator. I took the stairs to burn off the croissants : )
There is a lot of security in Paris apartments- you need two codes to enter the building.
The building has one apartment per floor - I hardly ever saw or heard another person. Very quiet.
The toilet is separate from the shower/laundry room so someone can be using both at the same time, which is convenient.
The beds and bedding are comfortable and well kept. The apartment really has everything a person would need (other than scissors, that was the one thing I couldn't find).
The best thing about the apartment's location is that Marche Raspail (almost daily farmers market) is right downstairs and both the Rennes and Saint Placide metro stations are on this block. It is a mile or so from Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee Rodin - I walked almost everywhere. Gare Montparnesse and Tour Montparnesse are within a 10 minute walk, as are lovely restaurants in that area and on Cherche Midi. 5 minute walk to Bon Marche for shopping and the Epicurie.
Rue De Rennes is noisy - one bedroom is off the street and more quiet. And there's no Air Conditioning (typical for Paris). There is a very tiny view of the top of the Eiffel Tower out of two windows - more visible at night - but still kind of fun to know it's there.
I would absolutely rent this apartment again.
