My Apartment in Paris Reviews 

This is the ninth time that we book an apartment through My-Apartment-in-Paris since 2004. All the apartments that we have used were as described in their web pages and the equipment was in good condition and enough to make the stay comfortable, mostly when it is longer that a few days. The agency is very efficient, the process of booking is very smooth (no surprises), and the staff is really kind and helpful. We plan to go back to MAIP for our next stays to Paris, and we definitely recommend them as a professional and very reliable agency.

This is the second year I have booked an apartment through my apartment in paris/glamparis. This year's apartment was parfait for one person. It was light and airy, very spacious and looked out to gardens. In the morning and throughout the day all I heard was birds. So even though I was just 100 feet from Rue de Sevres and in the 6th it felt like I was not in a big city. The kitchen has everything you need except for a proper oven. But that didn't matter to me because it had a convection microwave. Plus I love dining out and/or bringing pre prepared foods from the Bon Marche.

The apartment was comfortable, conveniently located, and in a quiet location on the fifth floor. It had much more space than your usual hotel room or suite at a comparable rate. We were well situated for restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, the metro, and the train station. The outside rooftop patio was pleasant for eating or lounging and talking. Finally our main contact, Eleonora, was especially helpful and answered all of our questions.

We really enjoyed our vacation and can totally recommend to book an apartment over My Apartment in Paris. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end and we felt well cared of during our whole visit.
Our apartment was just 5 minutes away from Bon Marché and the Jardin du Luxembourg is just a nice 10 minutes walk away - also perfect if you travel with kids. The apartment was just perfect for our family of five including my mom. The kitchen is well equipped and makes it easy to just stay at home form dinner and enjoy the privateness of the apartment. Two bathrooms are also very convenient if there are more than 2 adults.

Everybody at the agency was very helpful. We rented the Hautefeuille apt. I wasn't aware until the last minute that my arrival day was a national holiday. Lea very kind, received us before lunchtime but mind you, they charge you extra for arriving on a holiday.
The apartment was lovely and exactly like the photographs but below there are a lot of bars with live music until 4 am. Too noisy for light sleepers. And there is no a.c. If you visit in the summer, you'll find it hard to sleep. Apart from that, the location is wonderful, above Fontaine Saint Michel, lovely location and you can walk to most places.
I will definitely recommend MAIP to every traveller to Paris.

we had a very good stay, the staff were very helpful both before and during our stay (e.g. offering luggage storage although this wasn't in fact needed as they had got the apartment ready and we were allowed to go straight in). on leaving again staff were very flexible on arrangements.
the apartment is ideally located, close to st placide metro (line 4 same as gard du nord), close to a small general store, eateries and food shops (patisseries, boulangeries etc).
set on thrid floor, small lift as well as stairs. 5 in our party so we used both bed rooms and sofabed in lounge-no problems.
the flat is in an established block, windows were not airtight and we could hear some noise from nearby main roads. it was warm and we wondered if air con or fans would have helped to control the temperature but also create a soft 'white noise' t help cover the outdoor noise (I won't say drown it out as the external noise wasn't that bad). overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I spent a week in Paris in May renting an apartment through the agency My Apartment In Paris. This was the second time that we used the agency which was again efficient, friendly and very easy to use. We certainly enjoyed the apartment, the area, the ease of transport (metro just across the street) and the nearby excellent restaurants and brasseries. The apartment was just the right size for both of us, all the amenities were present (washing machine, microwave, iron, fridge etc) to make living easy and we particularly liked the apartment looking out over a courtyard. This added to our sense of space.
The team at MAIP were friendly, helpful, spoke excellent English, arranged all the appropriate paperwork, met us at the door to the building and guided us through the apartment on check in.
We couldn't have been more pleased and are already considering a return.

We spent two weeks in this apartment and it was perfect. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place in a beautiful area. The location in the Latin Quarter/St. Germain area had us close to all the places we wanted to visit. We were able to walk everywhere and only needed the metro for further destinations. The neighborhood was lively, safe, and full of interesting cafes and shops. The apartment itself had all of the conveniences we needed like coffee maker, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, wifi, cable tv, hair dryer, iron/board, fan, extra linen/towels--and more. The management company was amazing to work with. Corresponding with them was easy and always timely. They were very helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer help. They made the process so easy including making the reservation, and checking in and out. Finally, Eleonora (who met us at the apartment) was so sweet and helpful. She made sure we understood everything about the apartment and was very patient with us (we had lots of questions). Eleonora was the perfect person to make us feel incredibly welcome and to help us start our vacation on the right foot. Excellent agency - very good contact before the rental and over the whole procedere. Always had a phone-number to communicate and even when we arrived late due of traffic problems a member of MAIP waited for us in front of the house to welcome us and to let us in.
Check-in and check-out easily and fast done. Booking conditions clear and seriously - the payment-procedere too.
Apartment well appointed and in a very good state.
I recommend MAIP as a trustworthy, professional and reliable agency.

I have been renting from MAIP for almost 15 years now. Every property is as described. All are always immaculate. The staff is extremely helpful. I go back to them for rentals year after year as I know I will not be disappointed.

This was the second stay we had with My Apartment In Paris. The apartment itself was great, and the team at My Apartment was excellent: we were met to let us into the apartment exactly on time (no waiting!), we were thoroughly shown around, and check out was easy.

I should add that the technology that they use is very good. I have rented some other apartments in France, and the process can be a little cumbersome, with forms being sent back and forth, and separate insurance. The team at My Apartment handles all of that, making things very simple and convenient. I needed to extend my stay, and it was all accomplished in minutes.

I was fortunate to receive as a birthday present a trip to Paris and an opportunity to stay in a Paris apartment. When I booked the dates and saw the pictures I was thrilled to see the central location and the quality of the apartment. I was hoping that the actual apartment was as pictured. It was! My agent walked me through apartment access and features upon my arrival. The apartment was perfect and made my recent visit more personal. I would highly recommend this experience when traveling to Paris.

The apartment I've rented is perfect for me: location, size, cost. My-Apartment-in-Paris is very professional in delivering a contract and accommodating my needs. This is my second time staying in the same apartment. (In fact, when planning the trip this year, I decided to lengthen my stay by two weeks because of the comfort of the apartment.) The familiarity with the apartment, neighborhood, and My-Apartment-in-Paris makes me feel like it's my second home. Perhaps I'll make it an annual trip to Paris!

The apartment worked well for 5 of us - 2 couples and a teenager, though not overly spacious. We were met in the evening out-of-hours by a member of staff from the agency who was most helpful. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped; beds firm and comfortable. It is centrally located in the St Germain area with easy access to buses, metros and shops and restaurants. Also walking distance to Notredam, Luxembourg Gardens, St Sulpice, Raspail Market etc.
The only drawback was a single toilet for 5 people!

Absolutely WONDERFUL apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My family of five spent a week in this perfectly located, charming apartment in Paris. We were met by an extremely helpful staff member upon our arrival which set the tone for our perfect vacation. The apartment was large, clean and exactly as advertised. The location could not have been better. Although situated seconds from the Saint-Placide Metro station for easy access to anywhere in Paris, it was also walking distance to most of the major sites. This apartment was perfect and we plan on returning again soon.

Stayed a week in an apartment rented through My Apartment in Paris in the St. Germain area. Apartment was excellent. Clean, secure, good beds and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was everything we were told it would be. The rental team was easy to deal with and communicated well with us. Will be renting from them again next year!

Our stay at this apartment in St. Michel was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed, the apartment was clean, and had all the amenities as advertised. The location was perfect for us, just steps away from the Metro, and a short walk to Notre Dame, the Seine, and St. Germaine. Although it's not overly spacious, it worked well for the two of us. We would gladly stay there again on a future visit to Paris.
