Be patient

The website originally stated delivery would be within 3-6 business days. I placed my order, but it was not delivered within that period. When I contacted them for information, I was told that this timeframe only applied within the UK. Since I ordered from Spain, they then advised it would take 3 weeks. They also promised to send a written delivery notification 10 days in advance of the shipment.

Three weeks have now passed, but I have received neither the email notification nor the delivery itself. I wrote to them again and have not received a response. I believe I have been scammed."

UPDATE: They contacted me after the review I wrote here. The delivery has not been made yet, but I received a notification regarding its upcoming delivery. I am waiting

UPDATE: If you are patient enough and file a complaint on Trustpilot, the responsible people will get back to you. It takes a long time. But at least you don't get scammed. The products, on the other hand, are really high quality. The packaging is also successful. In summary, 5 stars for the products, 2 stars for delivery speed, 3 stars for communication.

thank you for sharing your feedback. As both our Spanish and UK customer service explained to you, the delivery timeframe of 3–6 business days applies only to UK orders. For continental Spain, delivery for larger or bulky items usually takes up to 4 weeks.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, deliveries to islands may occasionally require additional time, as this depends on the transport companies’ schedules and is unfortunately beyond our control. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, had you contacted us before placing the order, we would have been happy to provide this information in advance.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

thank you for your updated review and for appreciating the quality of our products and packaging — we truly value your kind words.
We would like to clarify, however, that it is absolutely not necessary to post on Trustpilot in order to receive assistance. Our customer service team is always available through the official channels and responds to all requests as quickly as possible, and anyway within a few business hours.
I also spoke again with our Spanish customer service team, and they confirmed that all customer cases are handled following our independent and standardized procedures, ensuring every client receives proper support.

The quality of the table is 10/10…

The quality of the table is 10/10 really happy with the product it’s lovely. Only problem was the waiting time that’s why I gave 4 stars .
ordered on 22 September it was a pre order which ment the item was not coming back in stock until mid Oct. The item did not come back into stock until beginning of Nov I then received my item until 17 December so no way was this a 15 day delay .

About the waiting time, we would like to mention to our clients that it was a preorder, not an order. When a client purchases an item in a preorder state, he is informed and accepts the fact that the item is not in stock yet, and that there may be some delays, as the restocking depends on many factors, outside of our control. That delay occurred, indeed, it was 15 days, so not a big delay we believe, considering the nature of restocking, a procedure that usually takes months to be completed.

Good quality furniture and reasonably priced. Great customer service. Deliveries to Spain are a bit longer, because they are based in UK. It’s worth the wait

Mirrored Bedroom Furniture

The products were as shown on the website. Delivery was quick and efficient and the products were well packaged. I had a query on one of the items as there was a mark in the glass . Customer service were quick to respond and advised that it was an area missed during manufacture but it will not get any bigger. I accepted this as we could hide the mark, however asked if I could maybe have a discount from any future purchases as the product was not 100% perfect. I was told that they do not do this which left me feeling a little disappointed. Overall though very happy.

Item took over 3 months to arrive and…

Item took over 3 months to arrive and then one was badly damaged. Nearly one month since returning the items and still no refund.

Dear Mrs. Sullivan, thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we are sorry to hear about your experience.
The articles were not available at the time of your purchase, and we informed you on 16/08 that the estimation of restocking was due at the end of the month. Unfortunately, one of the items was delivered damaged to you, due to transportation reasons.
We are sorry for that, but we can’t guarantee that during transportation nothing will happen, especially with delicate items.
On 11/10 we arranged quickly the collection but again unfortunately there was a problem with transportation as they lost 1 of them. On 29/10 we proceeded with the refund without waiting for the delivery of the item, as we usually do.
We are really sorry. It was a complicated and rare case with various issues which were out of our control (force majeure as explained in our terms & conditions).
All colleagues followed the procedures required for these cases.
Thank you again for your understanding.

Worst customer service ever

The product was not how it was in the image very bad quality.

After wanting it to return they have very bad customer service which takes days to reply an email and you have to keep sending reminders, then they answer you very short and very rude!

They don’t even have a phone number to contact them in Spain and the UK tells you to email them.

Never will buy from them again

The refund, after you have changed your mind, was made shortly after the collection and all communication was made with no longer as max 48haurs which we follow as a company policy. Buen qualidad

Shelves I bought are really nice and good quality. Price in Eur does not correspond price in pounds at all as about 150Eur more expensive. Assembling instructions are not clear and took a while to put together.

You placed the order on 4/3. the item has a delivery lead time of 1-2 weeks to Spain.
You called us on 15/3, quoted your tracking number on the phone, if you have had no contact, how did you know the tracking number?
As soon as you called our office, we were back to you within 5 minutes to let you know that the delivery would be made before 20/3 and that we would get back to you with the exact delivery date in a short while.
We have now confirmed that the delivery will be made on 19/3, right on time.

I hope that everything is cleared up for you and that you can re-look at this feedback once the goods have been received and revise.
