Have not yet unboxed the goods (as those will still be stored for a few months), but otherwise everything went as smooth as someone would expect when ordering from webshop abroad.

Such a fancy store. I got furniture of my home here. They had a great choice of furniture. Their staff was very friendly and their service was great.

I did not expected that speed in delivery and that quality :) i am so happy that i did an order through MY FURNITURE and hope at soon they wil open an showroom in Sweden:)

I ordered two bedside tables, when they arrived they both had multiple scratches and cracks in the wood. I contacted Customer service and requested an exchange and without any argument they sent two new tables and arranged for the defected ones to be picked up from my home, I would also like to ad that I live in Sweden. So in the end I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the service.

We are so pleased with the bedside tables but the delivery was a nightmare. You need to explain to your customers that while the packages are in transit on U.K. ground, parcelforce.com should be used as a tracker, but when the packages come to Sweden, one should switch to the postnord tracker. Also, the details I left in your delivery message box where never transferred to postnord, hence they did not have my phone number & doorcode. There were 2 failed attempts to deliver without me knowing and, had I not figured out the above, the packages would have been sent back. We ended up carrying 2 sideboards by hand from postnord's service depo. Please revisit your delivery system, because ultimately it's your brand at stake.

I am too happy to have such as experience of shopping in your site to know the meaning of the quality of service.
