Chairs arrived in perfect condition, on time, we didn't have to assemble anything and, importantly, we love the chairs. The delivery was on time - notified before arrival and the young man concerned lifted the parcels into the hallway for me for me so I could just slide the parcels without lifting them. This lamp is exactly what I was looking for to complete my bedroom decor. The base feels heavy and high-quality, not cheap or flimsy. It gives off a beautiful, warm glow that makes the room feel cozy without being too dim.

I hadn’t heard of My Furniture UK so was reluctant to buy from the website. I took the risk as they had the exact product I was looking for at a fair price. I am very pleased that I risked it as the product and service was excellent. The items were dispatched immediately and communication was clear and regular. Placed an order for 7 items, two swivel arm chairs , lamps , rug and stainless steel framed tall shelving wall .
This is the item we have a problem with.
The two arm chairs very good quality and well made , apart from one of the back rest cushion has a fabric flaw.
When we placed the order , we never heard from the company about delivery dates , so we contacted them and could deliver fairly quickly, so the date was arranged, but 3 days later , only part of the order was delivered, one item could not be found in the warehouse and the other 3 big items, for some reason weren’t collected at the same time ,so we had to wait a further 2 days .
They were delivered today , the two arm chairs very well boxed up and are very good quality, but the stainless steel wall shelf unit the box was in a very bad condition, falling to bits with large holes and had been taped up to hold together.
I watched the two delivery men carrying it in and struggling and the box was being carried on all different sides , even upside down !
After inspection, what a mess inside the polystyrene was broken to bits and the area we opened the box in , looked like we had a snow blizzard.
The condition and finish was not good as described. The two glass shelves and the two marble shelf’s were all fitted to the four shelf’s frame support's and tapped in but I think these should of been wrapped and tapped together and secured at the bottom of the box and not mounted on the shelves, where they have moved and pinch against the frame work and have chipped very badly.
The stainless steel has even taking a bit of a bashing, I think the wall unit has been delivered to someone else's address and they returned it.
I phone My Furniture within 30 minutes and have complained and also sent email with photos ,
They handled my complaint ok and we wait to see the outcome !, I have asked for new marble and glass shelfs , but I don’t think they will be able too as no stock, of these parts. We are about to order an additional arm chair but we will wait to see how “My Furniture” handle our complaint. We will review again after they have come back to us.

Really good company to work with. Quick delievery and on time, the quality of the chairs I bought were excellent, even better than I expected. Really good value, they look far more expensive than they were. In fact the photographs did not do them justice.
The two men that delievered the goods were so helpful and quick. They were really friendly and could not do enough. Highly recomend this company.

Really poor customer service after my chairs arrived damaged . They would not agree to the fabric stains. Poor responses and added stress . Turned an exciting purchase into a nightmare . Do not buy from this site !
