Slow delivery and not trackable

I ordered for a birthday present, but it was so slow that took like three weeks and when I emailed them about the delivery information, the parcel was not trackable they said. I missed the time to give it on the birthday..

I ordered items over 20 days ago

I ordered items over 20 days ago. I have contacted the retailer to chase up the items as I am being chased to give feedback but I keep being told to keep waiting for the items to arrive and there might be a delay with the post. I have received several other parcels recently! Never received items and no tracking has been provided.

They missed a product out of my order

They missed a product out of my order, I got a refund luckily. The customer support was very broken language... hard to understand what was trying to be communicated. Apparently the primrose was all out of stock, but id had no message about this until chasing my order up...

The rest was all good, low price, not too sure I would use again though

Absolute scammer!!!

Absolute scammer!!! steer away and don't waste your money
I ordered on 1st Nov and paid for express delivery 3-6 working days - now 2 weeks after and nothing arrived and they refusing to re-send or refund blaming the transport company which is a company I never heard of them!!
now I'm left with no goods no replacement and no refund and this guy is saying its not his problem!! just seems like a bogus company as they never pick up the phone too
don't waste time and money with fraudsters
***to you reply below*** the 2 weeks are over already and still no refund nor replacement, don't come here and pretend to be all customer caring!! there's no lies here - you are messing around with this order and you are not doing the honorable thing here..
the choice is yours really I have been emailing nicely but you left me no choice, if I don't get a refund today I will contact trading standards agency as that's blatant thieving
***more updates*** I'm now being harassed by emails from this guy asking me to wait up to one month for an order that I paid for an express delivery?? 3 emails in one day!! i was lucky if i got one reply in a week - thank you trust pilot for exposing these rouge traders

Please do not write lie's about us. Like i write to you in email , i asked you to wait 2 weeks more then when it is still do not arrive we will send you a replecement or a full refund. Delays in delivery is out of our control , we dispatched your order on time. I never write you that i'm refusing a refund for your order and never write that "this is not My problem" . So please stop write thing like that . We never left our customers without help . So if it do not arrive soon please write email to us and we will fix it as i told you :)
