Found two of the zippers we're working great at first opening. The bed section of the bag looks nothing like the pictures, very misleading advertising. My tracking still says on the way after having been updated to a new delivery time frame. Quality seems ok so hopefully it last.

Scammers.......caveat emptor, do not order anything from this site. We had previuosly ordered x2 items both of which they claimed to have been delivered but we suspect they were never sent. In facr I doubt they even hold any stock whoever "they" are.

Full of promise and zero packaging etc. its not true. Also orders take forever to arrive and then they are wrong. Contact them and they ask for a photo after being sent a photo and description of wrong order. No money back and no replacement and they wont take a return. As to zero package. Lots of plastic single use bags were used on my wrong order. Chinese cheap stuff and not as advertised on website.

Scam. Photos and description were misleading, didn’t send an item and wouldn’t refund me without photo proof of item delivered? Not sure how I can send photo proof of an item that hasn’t been delivered.

As mentioned by another review, totally misleading website, made the product look like it was great.....it certainly wasn't.
Plastic, Chinese nonsense.
The website is an absolute scam when they ask you if you want a discount also.
Avoid at all cost.

I am very disappointed and weirdly the return button is not available knowing I just received it today.. you thieves you will not steal my hard earned money and go scotfree trust me. Definitely a scam! Bought shoes that arrived in a bag (not a standard shoebox) and looked very bad quality. When I tried to return within the return period, paying tracked international delivery, it was refused on delivery and sent back. The company claimed it was due to customs not being paid, but there was no customs due as it was clearly labelled a returned goods. They won't give a refund unless the items are returned, but there is clearly no way of returning the items, and the quality seems very poor and made in China. Not the eco European company that it appears to be.

Scam! Completely misleading website and photos. Gives the impression of being scandi environmentally friendly well made toys. The package arrived from china and I google imaged the box - it’s from Ali Express. Probably my own fault but I bought the vegetable washing table thinking my child would be able to stand at it but it is only 15cm off the ground when built, don’t know how she’s supposed to play with it. Avoid!

Updates were clear and delivery was prompt, it was a shame that I did not receive the order for my sons birthday party however I did have a backup outfit. The set is also very big for its size so most probably can wear in the winter time. Material is comfortable

we brought sport set (basketball football) sent the order acknowledgement ,but one hour later they sent a new one saying we order two of the same item plus a £1.99 insurance payment. we did not order the 2nd one ,so we Emailed straight away ,they came back and said it too late they on there way (2hrs after ordering one item)it is one of the worst items we have ever brought
not only is it worth about £5-£10 it will not last a week

Do not order, terrible quality only part of my order arrived, and they are refusing to refund me

We ordered a a toddler goal, it took ages to be despatched and delivered. Bearing in mind we paid £35 + delivery the product is cheap and flimsy and won’t last 5 minutes. Not worth £10 let alone £35.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered the Master Builder Engineer set, it arrived with pieces missing and no instructions. I have emailed 4 times now and had absolutely no response. Wasted £32 and one very sad grandson. Wish I had read the reviews before buying....avoid at all cost.

Do not buy from this website. I received what appeared to be a used or second-hand item, and when I requested a refund, they expected me to pay out of pocket to return it. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Avoid - Looked great quality and high price on website - looks like it’s from Temu or Shein on arrival. Not good quality and tiny - paid over £30 for a wooden cutting set for role play kitchen as I wanted a good quality one, looks like it will break within a week.

I so wish I had read these reviews first. The company only displays 4 and 5 star reviews so misrepresents Trustpilot. Bought a construction toy for our grandson because the imagery showed a drill. Order accepted on 10th June and item allegedly dispatched shortly after. Then came the downer. Delivery delayed - no explanation but delivery expected sometime between 21st and 24th (arrived 22nd).
When it arrived the box was damaged and examining the content there was no drill just a screwdriver even though the pictures on the box show a drill. Other small items were also missing.

Returns are permitted within 14 days but as we are outside the EU you have to pay the costs.
