An absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Item I purchased arrived in crushed box covered in Chinese writing with no inner packaging. Therefore completely unsuitable to present as a gift. Impossible to get a refund, all they will offer is a 30% refund and an offer to keep goods (although I wouldn't want to), or pay expensive cost of returning it overseas!! Also, the item I ordered bore no resemblance to the item advertised. Please do not order anything from this company.

Delivery took some time a little late communication could be better just giving reassurance it was in hand. Received child’s sink little lower than photo indicated but my granddaughter loves it . Thank you

Can't believe that I was taken in by their slick website promising quality educational toys. I ordered the soccer/basketball set which turned out to be cheap and tacky and not worth at all what I paid for it. I also ordered the pogo stick which came with no assembly instructions so I requested some - I was then sent a video in Chinese which I was supposed to understand!!

I queried in the beginning about the 1st and 2nd purchase discount codes which they advertise not being accessible but they totally ignored my query.

Warning - you have to pay to return goods to The Netherlands, plus a tracking fee and completion of post Brexit customs forms.

They have a Trust Pilot logo on their website but the TP reviews (of which there are many) can not be accessed from there.

Don't be taken in with their regular delivery progress emails which makes them seem professional in the beginning. Very disappointing purchase experience.

When my order finally arrived, the quality was awful and absolutely not as described. I spent about 10 days emailing requesting a refund and I was constantly reassured but never given any information on how to return the item for a refund. After enough persistence, I finally got a PDF of the return form and returned the item. I eventually got my refund but they really did not make it easy. Such a scam! Terrible products and horrendous customer care. If you want to return an item, don't give up!

Ordered a pair of the Barefoot natural walking shoes for my 1 year old and couldn’t be happier. I wanted to protect the natural shape of his feet whilst allowing him to get a feel for walking outside. He’s been to the park in them and walking outside and about and it’s really helped his balance. He isn’t a fan of socks but he happily keeps these on and seems really chuffed when wearing them. Easy to measure from the website guidelines so they fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend for first shoes

Total Scam of a company! Toys are substandard cheap knockoffs from China packaging brown box already opened and then taped back up in blue tape. Toy is completely unsafe and would not be considered compliant for Australian import.
Luckily after so much back and forth with this company trying to “act” like they were actually considering a return. Their return policy is just a laugh! They must receive it within 14 days back to Netherlands address( but it clearly comes from China) otherwise it’s all void ! Thank god my bank did their own investigation and found them in the wrong and fully refunded my purchase. They continue to send me threatening legal action emails.

Delayed delivery meant I was away when the parcel arrived so unable to return within the 14 days. The box was damaged. Only Chinese characters as instructions on the box. It was meant for my granddaughters 1st birthday. The only thing I could read was 3+ age suitability. Nothing like that was mentioned in the original information. I paid $119aud for rubbish!!!

Never known a delivery to be so long. What a complete shi*show of a company.

I am happy with the bum seat carrier it is good quality and is extra secure with the velcro plus buckle fastening.

Sent item back and my little darlings would not except it back at customs…. So I have now just received it back….. I don’t want it!!!!! This has cost a lot my money to send back , please please be very careful buying from this awful company !!!!

Warning !!! Do not order through this company, delay in getting item which arrived to late, not worth sending back as they say you need to track it (expensive) then also pay a import tax before they except it…..

I ordered a frog pogo stick almost a month ago . They sent me tracking email and 4 weeks later it says my order been delivered. But my order never arrived and sent them probably 4 emails and no reply .
I just don’t know how to get my money back and please be aware of this store. Scammers

⁸Where do I start, well I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.
Ordered on 6th Feb and as of today (24th March) I'm yet to receive anything at all. Lots of emails promising it was on it's way but with no information or tracking details. This along with numerous other emails promising delivery and asking for my patience. Ive asked numerous times for a full refund and been refused every time as they just blame their supplier. Finally given a tracking number with Yodel who now claim they can't deliver as they need more information from the sender.......
Its been a complete farce from start to.....well this, and Its now its the hands of my credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS....you'd be better off just tearing up your money

Extended delivery experience with far too many emails giving no useful information. Parcel when picked up was badly wrapped in plastic and tape with no protection to the contents. The contents box was crushed and looked awful. Suspect the item had already been returned once to seller. The only instructions were a sheet in German and the decal sheet was badly creased. Asked to return for a proper replacement but was fobbed off with a 10% refund offer. The costs of returning an item to Holland will be prohibitive anyway. Do not shop with this company; the Trustpilot ratings shown are wholly misleading. Stick with UK suppliers.

I ordered a gift for my nephew’s birthday. It arrived late in terrible condition. The box had clearly been opened, perhaps a customer return. It was too late to get him anything else so I had to patch the box up as best I could and apologise for the state of it. The toy is undamaged to be fair but it was not in sale-worthy condition when it was dispatched to me.

my little darling -are now sending me a letter «  threatening that unless I transfer the funds immediately they will take legal actions with a bailiff …. Unreal! Scam Company!

Ordered an 'electric heating pad' - no mention of it being a hot water bottle that needed water filled up to use. Receive an electric hot water bottle, not fit for purpose for my 100 year old nan in a care home. Emailed them about this and they offered 30% refund, then 40% refund and I can keep the item. I said no I want a full refund and would send it back to them if they paid postage. They wouldn't accept paying for postage. I told them I would take this up with my bank as a Visa dispute as it was not as described. The case was resolved and money refunded via the banking channels. They are now chasing me for payment over email saying 'Final warning' they're going to get bailiffs involved and won't accept that I went the proper official route to do this. Really awful. AVOID

Got the product in a timely fashion considering it was originally out of stock. I can understand that since the product is great. Watching my grandson ( and his mom ) get totally absorbed building the track and watching the car run was priceless. I am very pleased to have given thos gift and I am sure it will add to the healthy development of my grandson. Thank you

Further edit to add: A part of the scam system must be to pretend the item is sent and then delivered (but not actually send anything) and blame the post? Not sure, but through out this whole process of trying to get my money back, and even after I received an email saying my ordered product was out of stock, I was still receiving separate emails that my order was “on the way” and tracking updates through out. The other day I was notified my order was “Delivered” (it wasn’t) even though I had already been refunded for the product I was told they didn’t have.

Edit to add: After back and forth my refund was eventually processed but only because I started a dispute through my bank. Purchase with caution as I never got the goods and not sure I ever would have but I was lucky enough to get my money back in the end.

DO NOT buy off this website. They are a huge scam. I bought a baby carrier off their site and had a stream of different emails (too much, like trying to seem legitimate, first red flag) , thanking me, confirming my purchase, then saying it was on the way, another thank you email, then a few days later they said the carrier was “out of stock” and offered me a coupon but didnt actually attach any. I requested a refund and have been going back and forth for a week receiving a stream of different emails from them, some still saying my order is “on the way”, others insisting my order has been refunded, I am still trying to get my money back through the bank but the bank has said it hasn’t been long enough to allow the company to fulfill my order or refund the money. After reading other reviews I’m not hopeful I’ll get my money back or the product. Please don’t make the same mistake as me. I’m so pissed that someone is using baby products to scam people.

Would have gave no stars if I could shocking customer service waited over a month for shoes and now can’t return because no reply from company!! Avoid at all costs

Order never received. I requested a refund. Never heard back from them. My bank got me a refund. Now this company is sending me emails threatening court action and bailiffs.
