I always use myorigines for the face…

I always use myorigines for the face wash as they're the best price including postage even despite my items coming from outside of the UK. Delivery was quick despite the distance it had to travel and every time I order, my items arrive in perfect condition. Will use again

Perfect delivery of a perfect perfume!…

My lovely perfume choice of Mugler Angel Blush was delivered much sooner than expected, which was a very nice surprise. The delivery driver was very understanding about my problems in coming to the door from the 3rd floor straight away when he rang my doorbell - (hair colour I'd just applied to my hair!) And he still spent time to kindly deliver the package. The Mugler Angel Blush 50ml perfectly goes with supplementing my previous 30ml version and is at a reduced price, which is much appreciated. It's still not available in UK shops, so this online order was especially welcome. It's an ideal alltime signature perfume for me in every way. I hope the refill bottles will be available soon! Many thanks!

Usually a good company to deal with but…

Usually a good company to deal with but last week when trying to order a bottle of EDP I had to try 5 times via their app and my banking app to pay. Each time it said on the MO site that the payment had failed until finally one went through. Then got emails later telling me 3 of the attempts had gone through so I was charged three times for three of the same item. Called them and was told I had to email them instead. Did so. No response. Contacted my bank. They gave me instructions for MO to follow to cancel payments. MO didn’t and instead ignored all attempts at refunds taking the monies from my account. Then got an email 4 days later to say my order would be delayed but had been dispatched. Now Thursday and tracking still says item still to be picked up by courier. I have ordered lots of perfume from this site. (Have never received a bonus sample or any kind of loyalty reward, seems to be because I’m UK based?). I know delivery will take around 10 days but now it seems that will be much longer. My BANK eventually refunded the two overpayments after I opened a two part dispute.

If you live in the UK be prepared to wait. Don’t expect any bonus samplers. Loyalty rewards otherwise items are genuine and can be good value most of the time.

I understand prices go up but as I can…

I understand prices go up but as I can only get the original Armani aftershave at a good price from origins it’s gone up by £15 . Not good.

I am disappointed and frustrated with…

I am disappointed and frustrated with this website. I made a purchase, the money was taken from my account immediately, and since then - nothing. No confirmation, no update, no product, absolutely no communication.

I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue, and not a single one has been answered. It feels like I’ve been completely ignored after they took my money. Their website chat was equally useless - no real help, no answers, just a waste of time.

This experience has left me feeling upset, disappointed, and frankly quite angry. I trusted this service, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before making any purchase here.

Money Taken, Order Missing, Appalling Service

I placed an order with Origines for Skinceuticals Lipid Restore cream (£125), but the order has not actually been processed—despite the money being taken from my bank account.

When I contacted customer service, I spoke to a very rude representative who offered no apology or assistance and ultimately hung up on me. I explained that my order appears online as “being prepared,” but I never received a confirmation email and it does not seem to have been properly placed. Despite this, I was told it was my responsibility to dispute the charge with my bank.

The representative was unwilling or unable to investigate the issue, process a refund, or arrange for the product to be sent. Instead, she interrupted my questions and ended the call.

I am now having to work with HSBC to dispute the payment, with no guarantee of recovering my money. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I’m not even sure if it is legit, but it has currently stolen £125 from me.

My origines wrote part of the label…

My origines wrote part of the label addressed to the UK in French and the post office returned the package as undeliverable. Despite reaching out and explaining the situation, they still charged me a return fee, though it was completely their mistake. Will not repurchase or recommend.
