this is an expensive service to fill out the basic forms, no other support or service offered other than once you complete the form another page pops up saying "here are the next steps to complete your passport" all on the customer to do, with add ons you can purchase that are just as useless. Total switch bait from FedEx, how disgusting.

I may not may not get to make my trip beause of their poor service.
Started the "Rush My Passport" at the end of April. "Passport advisors" have never returned any of my calls. They clearly don't have enough Passport advisors.
No response from the company after many attempts
Short story - I paid for the service 10 days ago and have heard nothing from them after multiple attempts to reach them. I paid for this service on 5/5/23, completed the document but ran into issues and needed assistance. I called the number, waited then left a message for a call back. In leaving the message the call dropped, so I tried again. Over the course of 10 days, I've called and left messages at least 5 times with NO response to the calls, no emails, etc. Today, I issued a chargeback as I have no other recourse.

I do not recommend this company. They are clearly overwhelmed and unable to handle the large amount of requests for expedited passports. I was told my passport would take 5 weeks to process. However when 5 weeks came, I had no passport. When I called Govworks, I got the run around and it took 4 days for a person to call me back, and even then was given incorrect information. By then I had taken matters into my own hands, called my congressman and gotten my passport in my hands in 23 hours. It was a very stressful situation, made worse by this company instead decreasing the stress. Do not use them.
THEY CHARGED ME TWICE!
When they told my my check wasn't written correctly they had me pay with credit card. They said my check wasn't accurate and that they would return it which they didn't. It's a CASHiers check which they never sent it back so they told me to wait 3 months and I could get the funds back. After 3 months, The bank said they did cash it, and it's too late to dispute on my credit card. I am contacting the BBB
They have a useless software entry…
They have a useless software entry site. There are no clues in various transition points. The help at FedEx didn't know up from down. We've been here two hours. The software created two orders for us. Helpline wait time was about 30 minutes. And we are still waiting for an extended period of time to print our documents. Instructions on-screen are inaccurate now that we are recieving voice support. No we're logging out and back to see if their crap is together.

I paid extra money because they said they could expedite it and get it back to me within 6 weeks, now it's been 8+ weeks and when I called the passport office they siad they never received the paperwork and I have to go into the office last minute and apply for a new passport since I can't renew because Rush My Passport/GovWorks have my old passport. They charged $250 for this "service"
Shame on FedEx for working with these scammers.

It’s basically just document processing. I got notified that my passport is done by the government yesterday, tuesday AM. I leave town and supposed to be out of the country on sunday. It’s supposed to be partnered with FedEx and so it’s supposed to be fed asked but they can’t give me a FedEx number and they say it will arrive on the day I leave?? that’s four days from now Complete waste of money

Calls get hung up on or dial tone!
Needed more time to submit my documents. Had to call to get approved to submit and they hung up on me or went to dial tone. I called over 5 times and finally got a hold of someone they said I needed to speak to a specialists to resolve my problems and they would call me back. I asked for a refund and they said okay but I never received a confirmation for refund. I had to go through my bank to flag the charge on my account! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THIS HAD TO BE A SCAM WITH HORRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE.
FedEx, You Should Be Ashamed of My Govworks
They were Johnny on the spot initially with good tech and whatnot. But when it came to schedule my appointment to review my application, they ghosted me. Long wait times with nothing. Left call back number on Wednesday and it is now Monday with nothing. And FedEx is associated with this nonsense.

Worst service ever! can upload the application for passport after i pay the $201.
I went to talk to Fedex Location and even worst. They said that all they do is take your picture for passport and that's all they do. I call multiple times and never got a call back. Waited long periods of time in the phone for nothing.

I paid this company to expedite my passport. I sent it to them Jan 12th. It basically took them another week to get it to the government, I had a trip planned and paid for for March 1st. I still do not have my passport and they said there is nothing they could do.

I paid $688.85 to expedite my passport through this service on 2/7. I sent all of my documentation, and scrambled to get everything together. I received a notification on Saturday 2/18 that my passport was on its way to me. I paid for overnight expedited return shipping. Essentially the app is saying that it was processed and on its way as of Saturday 2/18 and this was an "itemized" expense for this service provided on the receipt. The passport was never expedited back to me. I called to check on the status update and waited on the phone for an hour. The rep could not provide me with a tracking number. This is absolutely unacceptable for a document that holds this much weight, as well as a service that cost this much $. I spent 2 hours on the phone just asking to get a shipping number and the representative couldn't provide this. I'm livid and disgusted. Please make this right @fedex/govworks. GW-46596E763

Cut out the middleman!
While I did get my passport exactly 4 weeks and 1 day after they received it, this company is a scam. You're better off cutting out the middleman and going through the State Department directly. What did they do to justify their high fees? FedEx wasn't able to take my passport photo. The man at the FedEx store was clueless on what I was trying to do. Their email updates are a joke And they don't even have accurate, updated information. (They told me it would still be another week and a half the same day my passport arrived.)
