A Month Without Access to My Own Money
Payoneer has been holding my Patreon funds for over a month with no explanation. Every attempt to get help is met with robotic replies, and every case I open is immediately closed without resolution. Time-wasting, impersonal, and dishonest - I would not recommend this company to anyone who relies on their income.
Do Not use Payoneer to purchase anything
I got ripped off , seller never sent my product cashed in the money $400 and Payoneer instead of doing an investigation they just closed my account. I have copy of the message with seller they never asked for it and just froze my account. Theta are probably part of the scam. Stay away from that type of payment!
Absolutely horrible and rude
I wish I could test their services, but I couldn't even register for an account. Everything was going ok, I uploaded all documents, they asked a few follow-up uploads. And then they sent a message 'your account registration has been declined'.
I followed up with the customer support, as they suggested, but instead of explaining the reason, they were very abrupt and said not to send any messages or they will be ignored.
I still have no idea why I can't open an account.

Payoneer has been the worst experience I’ve had with a payment processing company. AI similar verification center does not recognize ME documents. Need to upload again and again. At the end, my account has been declined and blocked. No way to re-apply. It is just wasting time.
Slow customer service, slow review of emails, witholding funds and certainly not worried about their customers.
They charge you 1% of funds coming into your account and withhold your funds for three days. Requests to expedite crediting of funds go unanswered. To transfer your funds from your payoneer account they take 24-48 hours extra ... so you wont be able to access you funds very quickly. The bad performing customer service may have you calling a USA number, sending emails that are responded to in about 3 to 5 days OR no response at all. Filing a complaint comes only via email and once you have filed the complaint they quickly send u an email warning it may take 15 days to resolve. They constantly want to verify you even though you have been thoroughly verified and many times you submit the documents and they never accept it or reject it but leave it pending permanently. Sometimes they withold you funds even longer whilst their internal services take days reviewing simple documents. The platform is good BUT the delay and holding onto your funds sort of cancels it. There are better choices.
Extremely Disappointed, Lost $1,460 and Now $5,000 Stuck
I can confidently say that Payoneer has been the worst experience I’ve had with a payment processing company.
A client filed a baseless dispute and although I provided all the necessary evidence to defend my case, Payoneer failed to send my response to the bank. It's been over three months, and my response is still “under review” by their team. As a result, I lost $1,460, not due to any wrongdoing on my part, but due to Payoneer’s negligence.
If that wasn’t enough, I recently transferred $5,000 to my account. Payoneer deducted the amount but it hasn't reached my bank and it’s now been 5 days. Their customer support is completely unresponsive, no answers, no updates, nothing.
This is unacceptable for a financial service provider. I trusted them with my funds and they failed me, twice. Proceed with caution.

Hey friends. Just copy pasting an episode of sad experience from a friend, an email correspondence: "With a heavy heart I am writing to you. I am an academic and researcher with experience over 40 years. In a recent experience, due to my participation in the (not mentioning the name), I had to open an account with your esteemed organization.
Though it was difficult to open the account from my part, I was able to do that and within a few hours my account was approved.
But, while uploading the scanned copy of my passport as mentioned in your system, I was facing similar problem. Then I did contact your online support personnel and by their request I did send my passport copy to the chat operator with the promise that he (I do not remember his name) will upload my document on my behalf.
Suddenly, I receive the email from you that my account has been closed and it take me a back.
As a senior citizen of the world, with my high reputation as a researcher, I felt guilty. It is a shame on my part for my account being closed.
For sure, you must have specific reason(s) to carry out this. I will be obliged to know about it/them.
Will wait for your ardent response and appealing for a possibility to regain my account.
I am attaching my passport copy with this email too for confirmation."
Certainly no response from Payoneer! I am sure many of us have similar situations.
Payoneer is a fraud!
I want to transfer my remaining balance (a small amount of a few hundred Euros to my European bank and then close my Payoneer account as I have no use for it anymore. However, besides it obviously requiring you to spend a ridiculous amount of time doing trial and error while reading inaccurate online manuals, a simple task like this seems impossible as every time I click the withdraw tab in my account, I get a message saying that my bank account details are under review. This has now been the same for over two months!
I've reached out to customer service several times and besides getting an automated bs reply each time, I got one quick response from someone saying that he'll hand my case over to the "relevant department". This was four weeks ago and despite replying to his message as well as submitting new support tickets - no response. Beware, this is a fraudalent company, holding your money and charging you for it every year while refusing you to withdraw, until your money's gone.
You have been warned!

The worst payment service. All of a sudden they ask a whole lot of personal information. And they just used my balance of $30 and said it's annual fees. Since they have a $50 withdrawal as a minimum. Totally unacceptable. Do NOT use this service. Rather stick to Paypal or other better services. Scammers and idiots.

A thief’s bank, avoid at all costs
Payoneer is nothing short of a thief’s bank. They shut down my account without warning, without a real explanation – and most importantly, they’re holding €4,726 of my money.
I received no justification, no way to access or withdraw my funds. Just a cold automated message saying the account is "permanently closed" and that nothing can be done. That’s not customer service – that’s theft.
I’m currently taking legal action and filing complaints with the relevant authorities. A financial service acting like this, freezing clients' money with no transparency, is dangerous and unacceptable.
There are plenty of better, more honest alternatives. Do not trust Payoneer. Do not put a single cent in their hands – you may never see it again.

How to be cheated without being collaborated and making just only one transaction in a year for 20$. I have not done any transactions during the last two years, and occasionally transfered my 20$ to Payoneer instead of PayPal. And...in a next one hour what I see - I don't have these 20$ because Payoneer has already withdrawn money as annual payment fee!!! Nothing to declare!!! I had to open a Payoneer account to receive a payment from Google.
The sign-up process was easy enough and the account was confirmed with the ability to receive payments active.
Now I get emails every day asking me to add my bank account, which they already have and is shown as confirmed.
The payment from Google is sitting there pending and I cannot do anything about it.
I cannot add another account as this is a partner account for Google. The support site is less than useless.
I'm going to have to contact Google to try and fix this.
Why Google didn't just use the existing payment providers on my account is beyond me (debit card, bank account, PayPal).
Suffice to say I will never use Payoneer again after this fiasco.

Payoneer's customer service is Very Bad!
Payoneer's customer service is extremely poor as they neither listen to concerns nor properly review accounts or provide any solutions. I linked my Payoneer account with eBay and submitted all required documents for verification. However, my account is still not verified.
Their customer support is completely useless and offers no real help. Unfortunately, there’s no other option because Payoneer is mandatory for eBay, and due to this, my payment from eBay is stuck. My experience with Payoneer has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone unless absolutely necessary.
