I was a vendor for MAG. They decided not to pay for services rendered. Just because they can. No denying on their part that the services were provided BTW just that they were not happy and therefore decide not to pay despite being offered various ways to appease them

I shouldn't have setup a call with this company. It's a bunch of unprofessional work-from-homers who don't value your time. I had a team of people ready for the call, (which is expensive when you consider the salaries of the people in the room). When we got it setup, no one was there. The organizer said she had tried to call and then left. That's true. She tried to call from a number that you couldn't call back and then blamed us. It's incredibly unprofessional. Do not work with them. They have no idea what they're doing.

The newsletters are very helpful for sellers who are at any stage of selling, they are relatable and updated based on the current trends and wrt amazon policies. Thanks my amazon guy for all your content out there, it has definitely helps us a lot!

They have accomplished more in 90 days than I could in 6 months. It is hard to travel the Amazon Seller set up and there were constant denials and problems bringing my product to market. That is, until I found the My Amazon Guy team and all systems are go for launch within 30 days. Well worth the money spent- they took away all of the stress and frustration of trying to do this myself.

Be careful about what you expect. For $100, I received a simple three-layer Photoshop edit that I could have done myself in less than three minutes. When I asked for a refund, the response was merely “well noted,” with no refund procedure communicated.

I do not recommend this service—it is a complete waste of money.
