Disappointed
I order on 26 jan., delivery suppose to be on 29 jan., today is 1 feb. and I still not received it. No communications at all, contacted delivery company once, said will be on 31 jan. Nothing, called them back today, now on 4th feb.
At least they tried sort delivery problem

Hi Scott, I have checked the courier tracker and they attempted delivery on 27/01 as you requested and there was no one there. They left a card to inform you of this and to let you know they will re deliver on Monday. Please ensure someone is there to receive this, otherwise, they will return this to us.

Excellent issue resolution
The way myappliances dealt with problems was amazing.
2 extractor units had damage and both were replaced, the final one personally delivered by the warehouse manager… all next day resolutions…highly recommend
