They, more than one person, pushed hard to find me a deal I could afford due to my income. I appreciate their efforts,I was terrified thinking I couldn't have this coverage.

It was quick. I don’t like the comparison process and unwanted spam calls from like companies. I will probably cancel the whole thing and lose the $75 to set up with you. Recovering from hernia surgery (wk 2) and hate the spam calls from your competitors; therefore when I cancel it is because of your whole business set-up where I could not compare companies!!!

discounts and arithmetic quickly became like double-talk. The system is different enough from the others that it takes some time to digest and evasluate.

After reviewing contract would not even consider buying this warranty. Tried to cancel same day, giving me a very hard time and the fact I am a disabled veteran and senior citizen. Had to jump through hoops just to cancel.

If I could have left a zero-star rating, I would have. First, I was speaking w/Ox Car Care when I signed up & was then switched to MyAutoGuard w/out knowing. Even the paperwork & confirmation that I received said Ox Car Care. This was a classic bait & switch scheme.
I bought a new car on 1/30/26 & no longer needed coverage. Feb. 14, I called to cancel the service. I explained why I was cancelling & was told to email a cancellation request. I did. The email address they gave me was wrong. I waited until 3/13. THIS time, I was told to send an email to a different email address & to include the VIN, reason for cancellation, mileage, make/model, & my contact information. I sent it on 3/16. I called AGAIN today at 10:30. I was told that I needed to send ANOTHER email with the information. I was also told I would need to follow up with a phone call. That was sent & I called when I got off work. This time they said I needed to send an email AGAIN with all the information, & I needed to include the bill of sale, or I would continue to be billed until they received it. I asked to speak to a mgr & the "customer service agent" told me he didn't have a mgr, he had a supervisor!! I was thoroughly ticked off & this guy - accidentally or not - ended up disconnecting the call. He called me back& said the call was disconnected & he had a supervisor on the line. No apology. The supervisor came on the line; I had to verify my information again (!!!!!) @ which point I was told that I would need the bill of sale (what if I just wanted to cancel?) & that I didn't have service with Ox Car Care - It was w/them. I would also have to follow up the email w/a phone call because they don't check their emails. There have now been 5 phone calls & 3 emails w/zero resolution. I also requested a refund for March & April. I was told they couldn't do that until I submitted ALL the paperwork & made the call to follow up. Then it would take about 45 days to process the refund if it was approved.

I was told, by the salesperson over the phone, I was getting the "Premium Plan". I found out later, through customer service and several phone calls trying to get a copy of my contract, my car was to old for the Premium Plan and what I got was a Road Service plan, like AAA, but more expensive.
I told customer service I wanted to cancel my plan. OMG what you have to do to cancel a plan with Auto Guard (US), not Auto Guard (UK), is asinine. One has to write a letter to Auto Guard, it can't be done over the phone. Auto Guard (US) is a very sketchy auto warranty company. I hear Auto Guard (UK) is a reputable company, but stay away from Auto Guard (US).
