The technician was awesome! He was friendly and professional. The weather was bad it was raining and cold but he got the job done, which I though was so cool! Was super appreciative of his work, made my life that much easier. Only took an hour and I was off to work! The amount of time it would’ve taken at the shop was halved like nothing! Will definitely use the service again. Best cost effective service out there!

A few hiccups but Tom was the best. Went out of his way to ensure my car was up and running .
I feel was office fault ordering wrong parts, I had to sacrifice time off work to get things done from Monday to Wednesday. Your mechanic was amazing very apologetic. Tom wax amazing

The report commented on
1. The battery tests bad- Does this mean the battery needs replacing or charging. One costs $145.00 plus.
2. No jack or tools, spare wheel not secured- Does this mean the vehicle isn't warrantable? - Does Turners have an obligation to advise sellers that the current warrant isn't valid?
3. I asked for a report on the rust around and under the spare wheel. In particular where visible rust was present.
4. A phone call from the technician about clarification on the above matter didn't happen. Which meant overall didn't bid on the car and overall, the experience with your company was a waste of money for your service.

Very quick appointment and very fast report emailed. The report advised about tyre ages which was very useful. A comment about this would be even better but it gave me a negotiation point with the dealer. It was very easy to set up the appointment also.
