I left a feedback a year ago and doing it again

I left a feedback a year ago. And now I get emails almost every day:

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate it, and we understand that there may have been some confusion regarding how our subscription system works, and we apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.

As you may recall, we previously processed a full refund for your membership fees on [2024-05-09]. We considered this the best resolution at the moment, given the circumstances. We did go against our standard policy by issuing the refund despite the existing review, as we value our relationship with customers like you and strive to resolve issues amicably. However, the review is still publicly visible, and we're concerned it may continue to impact our brand's reputation.

Given our efforts to resolve the issue, we wanted to remind you that we would appreciate it if you could consider removing the review.
For your reference, the refund was processed on 2024-05-09.Please note that refunds do not reflect instantly, kindly check a few days after the date above to see your refund.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. It is linked to many shopping websites and cons you into thinking your buying something when your actually paying for a membership. This has happened twice now and it's out of order.

The first time this happened I wanted to buy me and my daughter bracelets. The second time it happened my partner had seen a car jet wash advertised from a completely different website but when he paid for it, it had taken £8.30 out of his account and it was linked to MYBABYDELIVARY.COM it wasnt even the website where he made the payment too. He then went on to the chat and they said he has joined their membership. This website needs to be shut down. They are conning people.
