I had a concern about my membership details. I contacted their hotline chat and was able to communicate with an Agent. Good thing they had that one because my issue was addressed immediately, I was grateful both parties agreed on some beneficial terms. Overall, my experience was good and I am thankful of their good service.

Et bien à mon tour de témoigner de l'arnaque suprême de mybabydelivery....via Instagram j ai soit disant commandé un vélo électrique pour 1 euros et me suis retrouvée abonné à hauteur de 26 euros par mois à ce service....c est honteux! Et cerise sur le gâteau, je viens de recevoir un mail me proposant le remboursement des frais engagés à condition que je mette un avis positif sur ce site....mais quelle arnaque!!! Je ne comprends pas comment un tel site est autorisé en Europe?
Well it's my turn to testify to the supreme scam of mybabydelivery....via Instagram I supposedly ordered an electric bike for 1 euro and found myself subscribed to this service for 26 euros per month....it's shameful! And cherry on the cake, I ve just received an email offering me a refund of the costs incurred on condition that I put a positive review on this site....but what a scam!!! I don't understand how such a site is authorized in Europe?

I was trying to buy a mirror but somehow its a subscription that deducted twice the amount!

This is a scam!

Please do not associate yourself with this awful company. I accidentally clicked on a dodgy Facebook link, thought I was entering a competition, and instead seem to have signed up unknowingly to an account with this company. They then proceeded within 2 days to take £15 from my account so that I could stay a 'gold member'.
After many emails back and forth, I was told by a lady called Violet that if I wrote a good review,without including any words like 'cancellation', that would make the company look bad to others (so basically leave a good review which would be dishonest, and I guess would also mislead others - which is what they want, right?)...... Only once I had written this scam of a review AND SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT FOR PROOF, only then they would they process my refund and delete my account. Absolutely AWFUL company, never realised you had to earn your way to decent customer service. avoid avoid avoid. Disgusting company. I have reported these people to my bank and have had to open a dispute.
