Turned up on time in Washington DC, collected the package - artworks - and delivered them to the UK ahead of schedule. no fuss and no worries.

Everything was in order until I requested for an early pick up, which they agreed, but still picked it up 2 hours later.

They picked up the boxes in Virginia on the day promised. The boxes cleared customs with no problems This may sound petty but they delivered the boxes a day early at the last possible promised time. So I had to change my plans that day to wait for the delivery. The other issue I had was they roped me in with an introductory price that soon went up by 30%.

Delivery came intact. No faults, items remained in original conditions.

Efficient and easy with the most friendly service at drop off. It also arrived a day early

Picked up from my home in Atlanta during the stated pickup window and dropped off at my new home in the Netherlands 6 days later. Cheaper than checking the bags on my flight over and I didn’t have to drag them through the airports and trains.

It took three days for the standard service from Germany to London. The driver was very kind and helped me with my bag down the stairs. My bag was 0.5kg over the limit but there was no issue. Overall I loved the service and would definitely use it again in the future.

I was charged double what the normal amount was the customer service is terrible and now im liable for a £200 bill to get my old clothes after paying $555 to ship 1 suitcase to the uk so its basically cost me over $1000aud. Iv got a flight and a hotel in Vietnam for $400 I also brought a suitcase and a carry on bag. All im saying if you dont want to get ripped off DO NOT USE mybaggage.com.

This is my reply to my baggage.
A normal charge on your website states $379 for shipping 1 30kg suitcase. Its only when you get to the payment section that 3 different extra charges are added on top of the $379 to bring the total bill upto $555 which i habe photo eveidance of. You tried to have my reviews removed as false information as I got an email from trust pilot telling me this. You also do not let customers know that the tor1 forms need to be filled out atleast 2 weeks prior before pick up to avoid any charges with ul customs aswell as them having to pay uk duty tax ontop of the final bill weather its being refunded or not I will still be out of pocket and have to fill out more forms for refunds which takes time out of my day and losses precious buisness hours when I could be doing other more important work.
All in all once I get this £200 customs bill i will have spent close to $1000aud to ship some old clothes from aus to the uk. I have a right to leave an honest review without the fear of my baggage trying to take it down from trust pilot as iv had back and forth emails with the customer service at my baggage they have not been helpful in the slightest not willing to take on any of the responsibilities of trying to make their customers happy only trying their hardest to delete my negative 1 star reviews. I now see why there arnt many 1 star reviews for this company only 5 stars. So I hope who ever reads this that the honest review of this company has helped them make a better choice

The website is super easy to navigate and they are very responsive in answering your questions. I was thinking of going with UPakWeShip, but this is much easier (I don't have to build a crate) and cheaper.

My daughter’s belongings were moved seamlessly from Finland to Northern Ireland. A stress free, reliable and expert service. There was someone available to speak to me and answer my queries too on their helpline. A personal service I would definitely recommend and use again.

I found this courier as a result of an online search and so far have only got a quotation. But their speed and communication has been exceptional so will be taking up the quotation.

My bag was collected and delivered in good time (in fact a little faster than expected), however after paying the quoted fees for this service and jumping through all the hoops on the HMRC paperwork (at which point I declared the maximum value of the bag and it's contents to be £20), I was stunned to be hit with another demand for payment of £21 from Fed-Ex for the fees associated with clearing UK customs. The MyBaggage small print does mention the potential for additional fees, but I foolishly thought that if the contents were of minimal value then the extra importation fees would not apply. I was wrong.

Efficient service sending clothes from uk back to Australia within a week as overpacked, kept updated and informed at every step.
