A great service, first I was reticent because I had never used a service like this, but without a doubt I highly recommend it. The service went as planned, there were no delays, there were no destroyed suitcases a great service I will use whenever necessary

The staff, phone operators, at my baggage were incredible. Very willing to help, comforting, and empathetic, shout out to Evan.
The organisation, however... I understand that most, if not all, of the issues we encountered in having to extend the pickup date by THREE business days, since THREE days in a row did FedEx supposedly come and we missed the collection, which was not the case, were not on the part of Mybaggage themselves but rather from FedEx.
On the first day of the agreed-upon pick-up date of my boxes, Friday, the 29th of May, which I needed picked up ASAP, since I had to leave my apartment by Monday, June 1st, to move across the continent from the Netherlands to the UK, nobody showed up.
No phone call, no email, no doorbell ring.
We spoke to Mybaggage, and all they could offer was 'Yes, there was a missed collection; however, we cannot provide any more information'.
We rescheduled the pickup for Monday. On Monday, a FedEx worker came by with enough space for one box; my order was for 8.
He drives away, saying he will get one of his colleagues to come by. Nobody did.
Again, we spoke to mybaggage and explained the absolutely ridiculous situation for the fourth time, where we spoke to Evan, the only worker who seemed to share our absolute shock at this disorder, and who followed our order closely in the following days. Rescheduled the pickup for Tuesday. Mind you, at this point, I had to leave since I had a flight ticket booked for that afternoon, and my sister stayed behind after begging my landlord to let her stay one more night in a completely empty room.
On Tuesday, I receive a phone call from FedEx asking me to confirm that my packages have been picked up. I received a photo from my sister of my boxes sitting in my doorway as they have been for the past five days, Friday to Tuesday. They have not.
The operator claims that a driver came by the house and was told the boxes were already picked up. Maybe he had some epileptic vision from an oracle that told him this because, again, there was no doorbell ring, no phone call, no email. How could the driver possibly have been told that the packages were picked up?
Finally, the final FedEx collector comes by that afternoon, and he makes my sister pick up the six boxes, of around 15kg each, I had and put them into his truck, as he yells in Dutch louder and louder; my sister does not speak Dutch, and at this point, she is in tears. He claims it is not his job to load the truck. I am unsure what he interprets his job to be; if not that, perhaps simply a chauffeur of items.
The boxes are then on their way to the UK, where they arrived safe and sound.
Please partner with a different postal service.

This is an extremely efficient service and the pick was easy and the tracking was very efficient and I felt up to date all the time. A good way to send things to the other side of the world. Not cheap but a suitcase worked out cheaper than a box and they did what they said and I now have a very happy daughter in New Zealand with her winter wardrobe!!

Had to pay an extra 110 euro to have my parcel delivered because there was more than 5 lines on my customs sheet for some bullshit ups administration fee. Agreed amount for weight and size of parcel and that should be it. Will never use this service again

The customer service was excellent. We had delayed pick up on one shipment and MyBaggage service operators quickly fixed it. We had a more significant customs issue in Europe and service agent Ryan doggedly shepherded the transit through.
Better Than the Mail
Pickup was easy, delivery was faster than expected, and the service took a huge stress off of my shoulders whilst moving back to the States! It was worth the cost to have my items sent back to me.
