Unprofessional and rude

Unsolicited whats apped asking why i dont want their help with a bailiff. I said I because would not consider an IVA. They said well I don't know why as your credit is so badly damaged. Blocked. I earn nearly 30k a year, and can rebuild my credit with proper money management. These guys are no way FCA regulated. Scary, pushy and not professional at all. I was upfront from the beginning I would not consider that so unsure why they continued wasting my time with an income and expenditure. My credits clearly not that bad as I was able to obtain vehicle finance and recently moved property through an estate agent. Avoid.

very fishy

very fishy. i called not having checked out the company first. the lady i spoke to performed a soft credit check and put me on hold. the hold music/information detailed a distillery company? that was my first tip off that something wasn’t right. i was taken off hold and the lady told me i’d shortly get a call from an 0161 number, and she assured me that they had a sister distillery company when i queried it. a call from an 0330 number came through before i even hung up the original call.. so i answered it. it was ‘my bailiff advice’ as the lady told me they would call. he asked me to confirm my personal details, which i refused. i questioned him on the phone number and he could give no reasonable explanation.. and said he knew id just spoken to someone called ‘james’? the person i spoke to was female. when i said i would handle the situation from here he sounded offended and started being pushy so i hung up.

long story short, somethings off and i don’t trust them!

No Assistance

Phoned and was told advisor would return call. No call made. Accept that all callers equal priority. Phoned next day to follow up and put through to “team leader” who wants abusive and aggressive in conversation. Do NoT use. Unreliable and not hepful

Not what I was expecting

I requested a call back on their website and they did indeed call me back instantly, despite me requesting a specific time but that's not really a big deal. I spoke with the advisor about the council tax debt that had been passed to bailiffs and the advice I received was to try and arrange a payment plan with them which I had already done and they wouldn't accept, failing that I should lock my doors and windows and move my car away from the house as they would either clamp or tow it away. These particular bailiffs are really nasty apparently, but he wasn't trying to worry me at all!! He went on to say that in about 3-4 months they'd pass it back to the council but to ride it out until then. I came off the telephone more worried and no further forward so No I wouldn't recommend them!

Amazing Service.

I received a phone call from the Balliff telling me I needed to pay £450 by Wednesday or they would remove my goods. I explained my pension goes into the Bank on 15/2.., he would not accept this. I spoke to Teghan and explained my situatio, she advised me to ring the Council and ask if they would take my case back and allow me to set up a Payment Arrangement, which they did. I am so grateful to Teghan for superb advice.

I had missed a payment on a dept I incurred over council tax and was being bullied by a dept collector for payment in full withing 24 hours or my dept would be increased by a substantial amount.Phoned these guys up panicking, the man on the end of the end of the phone was so reasuring and told me they can`t do that.Phoning these people was the best move I think I`ve ever made
