We got a shock when a bailiff turned up…

We got a shock when a bailiff turned up at my daughters demanding payment for an unpaid PCN or they would take her car !! My daughter knew nothing about the original PCN and had not received any of the letters from either the council or the bailiff.
We contacted Sheila to help with the case and her advice and guidance was excellent.. far better than chatGPT !!! very friendly and human advice.
We appealed and were successful and had all the monies from the council and bailiff refunded. We had to pay the original PCN which was not in dispute, (once we saw the original PCN)..our case was that she never received any letters.
Sheila is very busy with lots of cases so be patient and you will get a first class advice and help. Excellence service and would recommend her for un-bias and no catch advice

Stay clear!!!!

Stay clear! This lovely lady really wants to help. Yet, although she has some good knowledge, she has zero organization. I mean zero.

Because of how affordable she is, I tried and gave her many chances. Yet, over and again she let me down with promises to write applications, get back to phone calls. I mean she isn't late by an hour or two. She is late by never!! If she says she will do something you will probably need to try her number for a whole week until you get hold of her, to get another promise that she will do it and then hope for the best.

Meanwhile debt agencies knock on my door and clamped my car over and again.

She is trying to help but she doesn't comprehend the amount of damage she causes because of her disorganization. Knowledge is nothing if not applied within a certain amount of time within these situations.

I tried to have that chat with her but she didn't have the capacity to own any of it whatsoever. Poor lady.

Sheila Helped Me Save £400 in Less Than 30 Minutes – Absolutely Brilliant

I spoke to Sheila Harding through the real Bailiff Advice Online site (bailiffadviceonline . co . uk) and she was amazing. In under half an hour, she helped me resolve my issue and save £400. She was clear, quick, efficient, and the advice was very affordable. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

Be really careful not to confuse this with other similar-looking sites. Before I found Sheila, I ended up on a different website – bailiff-advice . uk(DO NOT CALL) – and it was a complete WASTE of time. They asked for far too much personal information and didn’t offer anything useful. It felt like they just wanted to collect data.

Not all heroes wear capes!

I was at the end of my tether with an enforcement made to us which was completely unjustified, I was getting no help at all from anywhere and spent weeks going round in circles. Sheila dropped everything including a dentist appointment to dictate a message for me to send the bailiffs. As soon as I sent the message, the bailiffs launched an investigation, which I am sure will result in our refund. Without Sheila's immediate help, there is no doubt we would have lost the money.

Sheila is amazing!

I want to make a special thank you to Sheila, she is the loveliest, most helpful woman. I was in a state of panic when I had bailiffs knocking at my door out of the blue with no warning. Sheila was very level headed and wrote down my entire story and worked with me to fix my bailiff issue. She got the enforcement fee refunded which was completely unjustified and now I can move on. What a lovely woman!

It was a privilege to work with Sheila

It was a privilege to work with Sheila. She was friendly, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable and she succeeded in saving me over £3K related to unreasonable fines.
I admire the value Sheila places on justice and I am grateful for her support.

Had some issues with my car got picked…

Had some issues with my car got picked up by balifffs was struggling to find help got through to Shelia who was very prompt to get things sorted and corresponded with them and managed to get everything sorted I don’t no what I would of done without her help amazing service and I’m very great full many thanks again

Such an amazing experience- Great Company and super supportive

Such an amazing experience. Hounslow council issued me with a fine out of the blue after 2 years. I was then harassed by bailiffs and even when I applied for a Statutory Declaration out of time / Witness statement i was flatly refused by TEC. At this point the unreasonable costs incurred by the bailiffs were getting out of check. Sheila stepped in and provided me clear direction and support in resolving this. We submitted our appeal on the 29th September and on the 17th Jan our appeal was upheld. Sheila is such a supportive and professional person and should you have issues with PCNs and Bailiffs, she is the one to call.

Stop searching for a solution - use this service!

Stop searching for a solution, just contact this service. I had the Bailiff at the door reporting the new car clamp. I was given 2 hrs before the car 'could' be towed & sold. To top it off, the car owner was stuck overseas due to covid, and I was trying to manage his affairs.
This case was far from easy & created huge stress & a bill of nearly £800. Sheila was calm, knowledgable, sympathetic & assisted me navigating the entire process with ease. The outcome... the appeal was found in our favour & monies refunded. Delighted.

Faultless service that you can depend upon

I recently found myself in a distressing position following a visit from a High Court Enforcement Officer and a Writ Of Control. After a call to Bailiff Advice Online I was instantly put at ease. My case dates back in to 2016 with County Court documents going to an old address, an Enforcement Notice incorrectly served and DCBL at the heart.

The advice offered was clear, understandable, jargon free and actionable. I was guided through the process on what to do next, given (word for word) what forms and emails to write. Whilst the problem has not been fully dealt with, that's down to the courts, I feel confident that the advice offered will steer my in the right direction. Could not recommend enough

So Grateful For This Service

Sheila helped me recently with a late dart charge that I hadn’t been aware of. It had escalated to quite a large amount being demanded from bailiffs and I was in a panic about what to do.

She was quick to respond to my message, talked me through everything on the phone and I paid for her to fill out an out of time witness statement for me.

It was worth every penny. The whole thing was resolved very quickly and I only had to pay the original £2.50 dart charge.

I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Sheila 🙏

Sheila made a real difference for me here. The calls from the bailiff were intense and I felt like I was backed into a corner before I spoke with Sheila and she explained the options available. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending here services. Absolutely brilliant

Cannot Recommend Enough!! Amazing service!

Cannot recommend this service enough! Sheila was amazing and went out of her way to help me even though it was her day off and was about to go out to celebrate her wedding anniversary.

I was contacted out of the blue by a baliff saying I owed £530.00 for failure to pay the Dart Charge. He refused to except a payment plan even though I was vulnerable.

Thankfully I found Baliff Advice online and contacted them. Sheila clearly advised me what to do and sent off out of time witness statements for me straight away. The baliffs left me alone immediately and I have only had to pay the original £5.00 Dart Charge. I'm so pleased at the result as it was very stressful for me.

Any bad reviews on here are probably from baliffs I suspect. Ignore!!

A Big Thank You. very helpful and professional

I had a penalty charge notice issued couple of years ago on my name which i wasn't aware of. debt collectors took it to the court and bailiff kept knocking my door. it was a complete mess. at one point i was going to go to solicitor. i contacted this company to seek advice and i spoke to sheila . first she heard me for good 5mins and understood the whole situation. without wasting any time she requested me to send her relevant docs, charged me reasonable service charges, everything happened on the same day. she wrote to TFL on my behalf and ..boom they shut the case. such a fantastic outcome in such short time. pretty impressive.

Sheila helped to write complaint letter to enforcement agency.They added enforcement fee of £235 to my unpaid debt saying there was bailiff visit to my old address where I not live anymore.I tried to explain situation but they don't want to listen to me.Just after formal complaint agreed to write off enforcement fee(£235).Response from Sheila was quick.

Sheila is an absolute star - don't hesitate to trust her ability!

Sheila is an absolute star! I cannot understand the negative reviews, as it certainly hasn't been my experience. We had a complex case with TFL - that we were completely unaware of until enforcement officers wanted £513 - as the letters had gone to a previous address! At the time of the offence, we had borrowed the van to a friend, so had no idea at all. I am physically disabled (wheelchair user) and suffer with anxiety & depression. 2 weeks prior to the enforcement officer turning up threatening to clamp and tow my husbands van if we didn't pay, I found out that I have a heart condition. Needless to say, the bailiff turning up sent me into such a spin, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I am currently bedbound, so my poor husband was trying to deal with the officer (who was very loud - ensuring all our neighbours were aware of what was happening!) I was frantically trying to search the internet for urgent assistance, and came across Bailiff Advice Online. It was 10 minutes before close, and as it said a couple of hours for a response, I was panicking that I would be left overnight not knowing what to do. But Sheila heard the panic in my voicemail - and called me straight back despite being about to close business for the day. I explained the situation in full, and Sheila was absolutely brilliant. She wanted to reassure me that I had nothing to worry about, she could sort this out. That it was a new and scary situation to me, but an average daily situation for her. She knew how to deal with it. She literally took the details she needed, took it out of our hands, and explained exactly what we needed to say to the enforcement officer (who was determined to come back and clamp our van if we didn't pay at least 50% of what was owed).
My husband is unable to work due to the pandemic (he is a self employed singer) and we are just about surviving on my disability money. The anxiety over finding the money for the bailiffs completely unmanageable installment plan, was immense.
But we followed Sheila's advice... and he didn't come back! Today, she let us know that TFL have dropped the case!
I cannot tell you the relief we feel. And the debt of gratitude to Sheila, who I found to be a professional, kind and compassionate lady, who really knows her stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing bailiff advice. And although I hope I never need this sort of help again, if I did... I'd choose Sheila in a heartbeat!
