mybest scooter had a great customer service which convinced me to buy my xiaomi scooter from them. they were very transparent about the lead time and the delivery timelines. the xiaomi scooter was good but it was also sent nicely packaged. not only did mybestscooter have a variety of accessories but it also sent a few for free which were helpful.
