You pay your order and the say you get a email from costumer service in your country.Don't believe those low live people . But the mess whit the wronge whan now

A truly awful experience in the end.
I ordered an item then received no further communication or updates on the delivery process.
Very slow delivery but I did get the item. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong thing and then the problems started.
Despite having 60 day free returns offered, I received no instructions as to how to do it and indeed get a refund.
They stopped responding to email, live chat and phoning just goes to voicemail.
Save yourself some pain and shop elsewhere.

Ordered sena 10r . Update on order within 2 days stated shipped without tracking number. After this there was no response no Update on my order. Refund received via PayPal 3 weeks later.

Rubbish company. I ordered a pin lock visor and it never arrived. After emailing I was promised a resend but again never arrived! The phone number on their website is not real & can’t connect. This is a scam web company it appears.
Buyer be aware.

Ordered a shoei neotec 3 helmet, it arrived 4 days later. Best price in the UK that I could find and free postage. excellent all round and thoroughly recommended

Ordered some Alpinestars boots on 17th May. Have received no confirmation, and after emailing acetal times politely requesting an update I am still waiting and wondering if this is a scam website. I hope to be able to update this review and be more favourable/reflect a positive outcome but I have to presently consider that this may be a scam.

Ordered a crash helmet. Delivered about a week later but had a problem with the inner visor. Contacted them via 2 email addresses- no reply. Phone number doesn’t connect. Finally got them on chat and advised to return the helmet at own cost. Received helmet back about a week later, no note or message with it. Contacted them to be told visor had got stuck and they sorted it. Asked about refunding my return postage - surprise surprise, no reply. You live and learn….if you don’t have a problem then you’re ok, but if you do, you just cannot get hold of them, their communication and customer service is dreadful.

I was looking for a tinted visor for my LS2 FF906 helmet, but very few stores sold them, especially not in the color I wanted. Mybikesolutions.co.uk didn't have it in their store either. However, when I reached out to their customer support to ask if they might consider selling it in the future, they went ahead and created the listing on the store right then and there, for me to be able to buy it. They went above and beyond the expectation, for which I'm very grateful.
