Its a scam, once you place bets and win there is no way to pay it out!! Tried calling customer service and was told that they cant do anything about it

Thought giving it a chance but was one of my horrible experience especially when it comes to withdraw!!! All this negative reviews and still no improvement!!!

Hi, just want to let you guys know at first I thought mybookie was a scratchy after reading all these threads abt people having problems abt not getting paid. I thought I was in the same boat after trying to withdraw 5k. For the first 2days they need to verify my info to make sure it’s me. So I sent in a voided ck and still I feel like they took forever when it was still only less then 2days. I also sent in my bank statement but they told me because I had multiple names on in, which is because my kids are my beneficiaries just incase if something happens to me but they won’t accept that since it looks like a business acct which I thought it was weird. So the lady on chat message told me the fastest way was withdraw request through crypto. Which I was able to figure setting that up. And within less then 5hours it was sent to me. It was super fast! I still give it 5stars although it was a little anointing in the beginning trying to withdraw. But if you do it right! It’s super fast!!!
So just to let u guys know they are legit if you!!!!! I didn’t use any bonus so I didn’t have to wager so it was quick!

Let me preface this review by saying that I've used almost every single offshore site available: BetUS, Bovada, Betonline, Etc. I've deposited, completed the rollover, and withdrawn on almost all offshore betting sites at least once, and this is the most scummiest site available. If I could give it a rating that would deem it the same worth as a pyramid scheme scam, I would give it that. No matter what position you are in: Regular bettor or a winning bettor, they will stop you from withdrawing or winning enough to complete their rollover at all times.

I deposited $1000 to get their sportsbook promotion, and got my balance up to 3000$ with their promotion. My rollover was around $30,000 when I started, and I knew that coming into the site. I had no problem with the rollover, until I was limited to around $12-$50 bets on the first day. Now, this is already looking like a complete scam, because of how many bets I would need to make in order to complete this rollover, but I was adamant about being persistent enough to possibly get my payout in a couple of month. Around a week and a half later, I log into the site to try to make a bet, and see that my max bet on EVERY sport was no larger than $0.50. FIFTY CENTS. I am now unable to make bets larger than 50 CENTS. Not only does this make it borderline IMPOSSIBLE to complete the rollover, but it also make it basically impossible for me to bet at all. And I can guarantee you that these reviews about the site ultimately banning your account, keeping your money, and having no repercussions are true.

If you're looking for an offshore sportsbook, DO NOT USE this site. EVERY OTHER SPORTSBOOK MAY LIMIT YOU A LITTLE BIT IF YOU'RE A WINNER, BUT AT LEAST THEY MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO ACTUALLY WIN/WITHDRAW FROM THEIR SITE. Keep in mind, I've used almost ALL the offshore sportsbooks available to me, and I've NEVER been so APPALLED by how this site is even considered a sportsbook at all. Use ANY OTHER OFF SHORE SITE, NOT THIS ONE. I genuinely hope that this site gets taken down because it is just a scam site that disables withdrawals, and has the most scummiest tactics available to stop players from ever winnings.

Why anyone would ever use MyBookie is beyond me. Out of nowhere, they disabled my account when I had a balance over $3000. Weeks went by with zero information from them. Eventually they wrote to me and accused me of "past-posting" a wager for $100 and seized me entire $3000 balance and closed my account. When I raised a dispute with them, nothing but radio silence. The $3000 was gone and I never recovered a dollar from it. MyBookie is located in Costa Rica, which means you have zero recourse if they decide to pull anything like this with you. Whatever they decide to do, that is what will happen. They are judge, jury and executioner. You have zero ability to dispute anything with them. There is no reason to play at this sportsbook when you have so many other regulated options out there in the US. If you really want to play offshore and use crypto, there is no reason not to use either Betonline, Bookmaker or Bovada over MyBookie. Read others who have the exact same experienes at MyBookie as I did. Remember, this happened to me completely out of nowhere, it can happen to you to. If you have a balance in MyBookie right now, I strongly suggest that you pull it all out. Why are you playing there in the first place? They have outrageous rollover requirements on any bonuses you take and any lines offered by them are offered by other books as well. Most importantly, your funds are in a perpetual state of risk, they can be seized anytime. Pull your funds out of there yesterday and take your action elsewhere. Don't suffer the same fate I did.

Biggest scam in history I repeat do not play with them I won 4k and they ask for documents seven different ways lying saying it was blurry and etc just so many different tactics to not pay me I closed my account there it’s trash

This website has a low rating as most because people don’t understand rollover. If you sign up and use a bonus do u really think a casino is going to give you free money?… I deposited $1000 with no bonuses to try it out. Racked up to 6k and climbing. Iv cashed out 4k no problem cuz i dont use bonuses. Only complaint i have is cashout time. Took about 3 days compare to the 15 minutes that most take.

Won a lot of money on mybookie...When I tried to withdraw they locked my account and took all my money. I called them and they said they would be in touch soon. No answer. SCAM!

I recently had my first run in with my bookie, on the surface the site looks well designed and thoughtful. I had to make an alteration to my first crypto deposit, so I reached out to customer support to modify it in order to deposit additional funds to secure a first time crypto deposit bonus. After about 15 minutes she had provided me with a link for a $45 bitcoin deposit, the amount required to satisfied the deposit minimum on this particular bonus. I made the deposit and around two hours later checked my account on mybookie to see that my available balance was $44.95. This amount was Exactly $.05 cents short of the amount the agent requested I send. As a result, no bonus was issued. I immediately reached out to chat again to try to resolve it, only to be brushed off. I then called and spent around 20 minutes on the phone one person I spoke with told me that I should have deposited more funds than requested. Lol.

I know Customer Service on a base level can’t get me a resolution, because I called and chatted with them today. This message is for management more than anything to share my very first experience using your sportsbook so you can understand the perception of a first time user.

Situations like mine make me personally feel like I got cheated out of a bet before I even placed one on your sportsbook. it’s unfortunate, and if the bonus was really in error, I am hopeful that you can work it out so my situation does not happen to someone else. As for me, well surprisingly, Mybookie has a turnover requirement on non-bonus deposits. That’s right, a rollover on a standard deposit, so whatever you deposit know you can’t just simply withdrawal it! You have to spend all of your money deposited and be lucky enough to win before they will even let you take what you deposited out at all. So I guess I will be with Mybookie until my luck runs out, or until someone from management gets back to me, and can actually make this, right. Because I spoke with three baselevel customer service reps, and they all basically told me to F off, but in a very nice way at least! :-) seriously, though, great site, design, only sport book I’ve seen with a search bar short of bet365! Game changer!

Update: October 12. After I originally posted this Mybookie continued on their shenanigans. I’m a pretty experienced sports better, and I’d say have over a 50% win rating. I bet on a baseball game about two weeks ago for a specific player to hit a homer. That player did hit a homer. I watched it live, however my book still graded this bet as a loss. I was 100% sure it had simply been an error so I reached out to Support, who initially told me that I was right and he had home runs and that they were going to get back to me. About 24 hours later I still had not received contact or the money for my winning bet which they graded as a loss.

Unfortunately, it appears that this website is rotten from top to bottom. They will try to stiff you when you put money in, and stiff you, so you cannot take it out. Miss grading, but happens in sports betting, but it is rare, and typically if pointed out quickly resolved. That is not the case with this company, they will grade winning bets as losses, but seemingly intentionally, and when called on, it will simply refuse to change them.

Additionally, I have noticed a huge influx in telemarketer calls from them. My phone is literally ringing nonstop and it began happening right after I signed up my situation is not that different from most users that are posting on here. Do not be fooled by the Public relations, folks, and bogus sites reviewing Mybookie and saying it is great. I have given this website every opportunity to do the right thing, this is open and closed a scam.

I never thought I would literally have to beg a sports book to pay its debts to its users but here we are.

1/25 just a quick update, on January 20 of 2024 my bookie banned my account after I requested a refund on a deposit which was too large. To this day I’ve been provided no information or my refund.

I have been with this site for 10 years, at least. I certainly do not share the problems that negative reviewers are giving, As I just cashed out a few bucks today. I have even had moderate success in the casino.

They robbed me. Total scam site run by criminals. I deposited $20 of crypto then bought one $10 entry into the NFL survivor contest and then it was all gone. They said I entered twice but then I looked for my entries and there was none. The customer service via chat could do nothing. Not willing to give me the money back. But that’s not the worst of it. The next day some was make it charges on my debit card all over the world. Please stay away!!

Pointless. They'll ban you if you're good at gambling sports. And their casino tracks you and makes certain you don't profit.

All the complaints on here are just about rollover and the casino. This sports book is as legit as any. Their casino is too actually although I will say I have had some weird occurrences but they run off of random number generators. They are not cheating anyone. I've ran up thousands betting and on the casino. I've used this book for years. They have always paid me and their customer service has always came through for me when an issue came up. Most reviews on here are just salty people who can't accept they are responsible for their losses not my bookie.

I had a great winning day (went 5-0) on my bets and my account got disabled the next day. I’m furious and the customer service agent kept saying the same thing “your account can be reviewed at any given time per our terms and services”. Now I have to send a picture of my cards and ID and it could take up to 48 hours to review everything. It’s total horseshit. Bovada is not much better. Running out of options here.
