I am not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I had an issue with my payout “due to a system error” and they refused to pay me. The customer service is beyond terrible, just don’t waste your money there are much better ones elsewhere.

Deposited 100.00 BTC w/ 200% bonus. The bonus is played separately and on limited number of games. It carries a 40x play through requirement which has never worked out for me before but did this time. Thirty-one hours after the message came up telling me I met the required 8,000 play though they had over 4,000 deposited into my Coinbase Account.
Their customer service must not be able to see the bonus money when they check the account. One person told me I spent it, so just wait for the message on the screen telling you it has been met. Not only did I win on their money, but they gave me back the one hundred I deposited. They earned a 5-star rating from me, and I will play there again hopefully not so many times I give it all back.

Going on 3 yrs with these guys and have given them so much business, referrals and money. Yet have I got any real incentives or rewards for being a long time customer. The lil promos they give you are bs and are attached with ridiculous rollovers with no chance of winning ever. Slots and tables are rigged as hell. They have always paid as i have used them a long time now, I am guessing those poor reviews were not understanding bonus they accepted. I love how easy it is to use there app, but using them very seldom now due to manager decision decided to close all loyal points and bonus to me since I parlay very frequently so I would discourage you from this site if you like to parlay

I signed up and made 2 deposits for $2200. I am not new to these sorts of sites and choose no bonus. Then on the second deposit i won a bunch and requested to cash out 5k. The amount was denied so i called customer service. They said i had selected a free play which i had proof i didnt. When i went to log back in account was disabled and i had an email they were refunding my deposits and account was closed. Essentially they stole all my winnings. I tried Busr customer service and got a call back from a supervisor at mybookie who was rude and hung up. I will sue them in costa rica but I would highly recommend staying away

I've deposited $400 and got some bitcoin and got a $50 bonus for a depositing some bitcoin. They require a rollover where you need to wager a certain amount to do a payout. Apparently they multiply over 10x the bonus. you received. So I have to wager over $2000 in order to do any payouts for my initial deposit. My money including the cash is stuck. Chances are will probably lose the entire deposit. This place is a scam.
