The on-line process was bullet-proof and never once left me dangling up a one-way street. The help and advice I received from Leigh was prompt, accurate and complete and she got me out of trouble many times.

We needed a fast service for a already booked trip. So applied in panic mode with the new rules fast coming into place. Thankfully Juan-Pierre was on it, and passports received in one month from application. Very grateful, highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! My consultant, Amanda, was wonderful. As my situation was a bit unusual, I was uncertain on how to answer some of the questions. No problem! Amanda told me what I should do and what documents I needed to provide. She also kept in touch with me after my application was submitted. I received my passport within a month despite applying from Canada. Many thanks!

This is the second time we have used MyBritishpassport.
They have been wonderful both times. Our consultant Jan was amazing, we had to get my son a British passport through decent due to the new rules. It was an easy and quick process. Jan made sure all the documents were correct before they were sent off and tracked its process for us. We were happy to pay extra to make sure it was done correctly the first time.

As a duel citizen living abroad
As a duel citizen living abroad, I was unaware of the recent requirement to use my UK passport for an upcoming trip to the UK. My UK passport had expired so I needed to get it renewed quickly. A friend recommended UK passports and told me how good they were. I contacted them and had a great experience, especially navigating some challenges due to name change issues. Natasha was fantastic with helping me and ensured all of the details were covered. I could not have done this without her help.
