It' didn't work
It' didn't work. It would sound off when my kid was just a few feet away and the tag was set on it's furthest setting. I returned the tag. It's a great idea, but unfortunately the concept did not work for us.

When the product is being used indoors the maximum dsitance will be minimized to about 10 feet due to the walls or furniture interfering with the Bluetooth signal between the phone and the My Buddy Tag device. I love the concept but in loud areas…
I love the concept but in loud areas where one would want to use it the alarm is too quiet. I had to hold my phone in order to receive alarms.
Great concept at a response price but haven’t used it again.

The only e-mails we have ar the ones exchanged when we shipped out your order switching out the color that was out of stock for a blue/red color. We did not receive an e-mail stating any issues with the product. I have sent a follow up e-mail today to the e-mail we have on file regarding your order. Very unreliable making it un-useable
The concept is great. But sadly I found it very unreliable with it often alarming when my daughter was near me or not alarming at all even if she moved some distance away. So I found it unusable.

Be aware they may email you to ask you if you are sure about ordering before shipping out your items which may end in a big delay in when you get what you ordered. I ordered items before we took a trip and did not receive them in time because of this.

Honestly if I'd known how unreliable…
Honestly if I'd known how unreliable they were sooner I would have just returned them immediately. Constant false alerts, poor directional indications, constant loss of signal when clearly close by.
I would not recommend this product at all under any circumstance. We have since found much better products with greater range and precision for a marginally better price for 2 tags.
Apparently I also need to review the service and delivery experience for my review to count. My poor experience with the product is not enough to warrant a poor review.
I have no experience with the company other than the long delivery time waiting to receive the product. And it was a very long wait..
I cannot review the customer service or politeness as this was an online purchase and I have never dealt with the company outside of placing and waiting for the product.
I will say do not sit waiting for regular email updates or tracking information as we didn't get any.

After only 2 days the battery died on…
After only 2 days the battery died on me and device is sealed as it is waterproof. No way of changing the battery without damaging it. The device arrived in a timely manner though and the overall experience with the representatives was satisfactory.
