Unprofessional
Your representative in your Forest Park, GA area is rude. She has no people skills, she doesn't smile to greet you, she's very adrupt when you ask her a question, she's not on time for work, and she eats while customers are present. I had questions, but she was so nonchalant about helping me, so I didn't ask anymore questions. Also, when I called your number, the guy... not gentleman, was rude also. And to say...I'm a people person. I deal with the public all day at work. They drive me crazy, but I put on a smile and fake it until it's time to go home. I understand how you may hate your job, but at least act like you like it when you are serving customers. And you send customers through a lot for a very small amount of a loan.

I usually deal with her because she's always so understanding and seems to be great and have great relationship with all the people she serves.
