MyCar Tyre Care Plan Success Story
I bought a set of tyres from MyCar in melbourne and drove up in about 2 weeks and did about 4500kms. The set I bought were Kumho AT52 Aggressive All-terains for my Pajero. They did extremely well on the unsealed roads. On the Mereenie Loop, we got a puncture to the sidewall of the tyre, so it had to be replaced. It was covered under the Tyre Care Plan and Mycar Alice Springs replaced it brand new. I dropped it off Monday arvo and it was cleared by headoffice and installed ready for pickup Tuesday morning. Very happy with the service and the efficiency of the crew working at this branch. Thank you MyCar.

Great service, thanks!
We had a strange noise coming from underneath our Ford Ranger. We were only in Alice for a few days, but the guys at My Car told me to bring it in and they’d have an initial look, even though they were flat out - and if necessary book it in the next day. They found a simple solution and it was fixed within minutes. Thanks guys!

The staff were extremely helpful and…
The staff were extremely helpful and listened patiently to my sketchy explanation of what is my concerns without being condescending. I was able to get an appointment very soon and extra services done on the day. They helped me with getting tyres within my budget and once they helped immediately when I drove up on the afternoon. I will recommend them above any other service in town.
