Service, professionalism, staff.

Great support, and service and management

Price matching for Tyers. Quick service time.

Replaced a flat tyre. In and out very very quickly

Derek and his crew are always the best service and have very clear communication. What you see is what you get. Derek runs a tight ship and ensures the standard is very high.

The owner Derek, was friendly and professional. He explained the service and fixed the problem with my car.

Call centre didn't inform the workshop at Altona Gate that I was arriving, which caused a bit of friction with Derrick when I arrived - tried to show him my call log and prove that I did call).

Derrick also didn't like where I parked, (had a flat tyre and didn't want to lug it far so I parked close to the workshop bay)

The whole interaction was laced with friction which I brought up a few times with Derrick and the whole catalyst for the tension seems to stem from the call centre not making the booking.

I had an early morning appointment (made online), but the tyres I was having fitted hadn't arrived in time, so I had to leave & come back later in the day. Despite this, the communication and service was excellent. My only suggestion would be to improve the online-booking process to let customers know not to book an early fitting if the tyres are not in stock & need to be delivered the next day. Maybe the booking algorithm could be smarter and advise an afternoon booking instead?

Love these guys, always there in times of need. Driven in a couple of times on the spot and always willing to help and fix a problem

Easy and quick process to change two tyres over. Easy to book online too.

Took in my car that had screws in my tyre. It was repaired within the hour. Staff really friendly and helpful

Such a helpful team, roads around here are troublesome, i keep getting screws and nails in my tyres, the tyre care plan means the repairs are free. The staff are helpful and will fit me in quickly so im not without my car for more than a couple of hours. Thanks team!!
