Great customer service!
I have been bringing my car here for about 15yrs and have always had great experiences. Today, I brought my car in for something minor that I thought was wrong which turned out to be silly user error. They did not make me feel stupid or try to trick me into paying for something I didn't need, and David took the time to explain how to check it properly next time. Thanks guys!

My girlfriend tried to go local support local business,near her work only a very simple job of fitting a fan belt which supplied by repco,very dismissive,unable to even fit a fan belt in emergency,if they can’t even fit a fan belt first job you learn as an appprentice,wouldn’t take anything more serious there,pathetic.good show guys!

I was blatantly lied to about the…
I was blatantly lied to about the condition of the front tyres, told they were no longer legal. I went to another tyre provider, who confirmed the lie.
I am also seeking a second opinion on the stated need for a new starter motor.
To lie to a customer to get further business does not seem to be an effective business model. You have lost this customer for good.

My tyre had a nail in it. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. I drove it without first I for them and also had an appointment to keep. instead of having to wait or change my appointment, they made my day by fixing it immediately 🙂

Good Tyres and Service
The service was professional and prompt. Would recommend to anyone looking for tyres. The only issue I had was the delayed delivery of the tyres. This was caused by my tyre size not being off the Pirelli shelf and having to come from the east.
Still a great place for tyres and Service.
