I can't thank my mechanic enough for the incredible service and compassion they showed recently. My car started overheating unexpectedly, and I rushed in after work hoping for help. Even though they were fully booked until the following Tuesday, I explained that I really needed the car to pick up and drop off my son and without hesitation, they told me to bring it in the next morning.
True to their word, they looked at it first thing and quickly diagnosed a water pump issue. By the end of the day, the car was repaired and back on the road. Their willingness to go above and beyond, especially when I was in a bind, meant the world to me.
Professional, reliable, and genuinely caring, this is the kind of service that earns lifelong customers. Thank you again

Good customer service

I have used the banksia grove Mycar for tyres in the past. This time was a log book service and tyres. Excellent comms on what did and didn’t need to be done. Great team and good service.

I recently took my car to mycar Banksia Grove at 8am. Although I originally paid for new tyres, they were honest enough to tell me I didn’t need them. Instead, they used the pre-paid amount, and able to refund a portion of the pre paid amount if my car didn’t need much work, to diagnose and fix a howling sound from my car. It turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. One of the team members kept in contact the whole time, calling me with updates and asking questions to make sure the work was done properly and safely. They also fixed a mistake I made when working on my brakes. Really appreciate the honesty and care—highly recommended.

Easy to book, great communication

Very efficient and finished early. No issues

Car service was done well with attention to detail. It would have been appreciated to have known the cost of service prior to work. And to be asked if I wanted it to manufacturer's standard. The cost was a bit of a shock.
