Store staff friendly, phone booking process a bit sloppy.
Staff at the store were very friendly and got the job done, but the booking process via the phone is cumbersome with the person you speak to located somewhere else and not really sure what the store can or can’t accommodate for when it comes to squeezing the booking in.

The young guy at reception was…
The young guy at reception was welcoming and friendly. Our car was in for a service. When things were found, they called and asked if we wanted it fixed, unlike other places who go ahead without contacting you first. Our car was ready within 2 hours. Very happy.

Mycar branded tyres
Customer service was great at the Banksia Grove Mycar tyre and Auto. Staff are helpful and pleasant, never had a bad experience with the staff.
I'm a repeat customer there, however mycar, these branded tyres need some work on the branding font, size and print to be less...bold.
The tyres have huge mycar branding on them, hopefully once the tyres dirty up they will be less bold.
Mycar- definitely work on changing the font style and size on your own branded tyres please.
