Great work on service

Very average service.
I have experienced a 2-hour delay in getting the car back and did not get a courtesy call to advise they were running late. On top of that, they did not provide me with a ticket for the parking, so I had to pay an additional $35 for parking whilst the car was serviced. would love to discuss my experience in more details.

Easy to book online, good communication and well priced. Staff were good to deal with and seemed knowledgeable.

My bill states $4 for washer bottle additive. However there is not even any water in it. Makes me concerned what else I was charged for and not completed

I had a previous relationship with the Belconnen garage, prior to it becoming "My Car". This has continued and I receive a courteous service that I appreciate.

Car service was prompt and affordable, but customer service was a bit frustrating. I was put on hold for 45 minutes, and I think they forgot about me? I hung up, called back, and was answered immediately. A bit of a irritating experience, but the car was serviced on the same day.

Highly rate the team at mycar Belconnen Mall. I haven’t had any issues or surprises with them. They are honest and reliable with our car services. They always call with quotes on any additional work is required.

They didn't just follow the car manufactures book for the 60,000 km service. They asked me what else needed to be done on my car. So, I gave them a list of other mechanical items to replace in this service to keep my vehicle running smooth. look after the running gear and it will run forever.

The service was excellent. All was explained to me when I went to pick up my car. Hamish was polite and awesome. I wont be going anywhere else and I highly recommend them.
