I have been a My Car customer for a number of years because I trust their work. If anything unexpected comes up, they explain everything and talk through the options, not just suggest the most expensive one.

Staff were friendly as usual and it was cheaper than expected.

Reliable, helpful and affordable. Scott always does what he says he will do and consistently does a good job. Highly recommended.

After dropping a punctured tyre off for repair with an agreed time to collect, it hadn’t even been looked at when I arrived to collect - “yeah, we’ve been busy mate”. Then, planning to collect again the next day, I received a phone call later to advise that the tyre was irreparably damaged and needed replacing - but not to worry, it’ll be covered under the myCar tyre guarantee … but hang on, it’s over 12 months old, so no, it’ll cost us.

A new tyre had to be ordered as there was none in stock but it should only be 1 day. 1 day came and went, then 2 … I called myCar who advised the tyre was due in tomorrow - so 3 days.

Overall, the simple lack of communication was just not acceptable. Clearly one single punctured, damaged tyre didn’t seem to be important enough to warrant some proper customer attention. A very disappointing experience.

I booked my hilux in for a major service as I'm going to QLD for my daughters wedding. I told My car that I'm doing this and I want everything fixed for the trip. Also I told them that the Hilux was surging when you put the foot down. I got the text to pick it up and when I drove it away the same thing was happening, surging and running rough, so I took it back and they took it for a drive and said that it's fine. And it's not it's running like a chafe cutter. They also told me I need four tyres but they can't change them and it needs new drive belts. I asked why didn't you put new drive belts on, they replied not enough time. I said that that's not good enough, what happens when I'm on my way to the wedding and the drive belt decides to break, My car said that they will get some drive belts in and put them on for me, that was 5 days ago and I need my Hilux fixed. I'm not happy with the service I got.

Scotty works on my car and I have complete faith in his ability and advice when needed.The Staff are also wonderful to me, and I have recommended my family and friends also. The 6 moths car assist is also very much appreciated and I
have peace of mind on the road.
