I paid for tyre rotation, balance and wheel alignment at the Bentleigh East store.

After spending $150, the steering is still pulling to the left, exactly the same as it was.

When I dropped the car off and collected it, I only noticed one worker and multiple cars, so it makes you wonder

Neuwon (sorry if that’s not spelled correct) has been looking after my car for a while at MyCar Bentleigh with many staff changes he is always professional, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I’m very glad he’s still there otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. I would recommend him to anyone.

Got a quote on the Monday 6/5/24 for 2x tyres and a wheel alignment
booked in for 10/5/24 got the job done and was then told that the price of the wheel alignment had jumped by $20
from $69 to $89 quite a jump in price

What amazing service. This morning I called in with a nail in my VW r/h rear tyre, and although busy, Nuwan dealt with it immediately. Professional and a nice fellow. Will defintely use Mycar Bentleigh East in the future.

As a first time customer of Mycar I was impressed how quickly the team addressed my car tyre issue at very short notice, whilst juggling a number of customers at the same time. I'll definitely call on the team again when the need arises.

Very friendly and kind service from Nuwan! Had an emergency on a Saturday and drove in, Nuwan was so helpful and kind and served us very quickly even though we had no booking. Saved me as no one else was open that day and I desperately needed to use my car. Would highly recommend Nuwan. Thank you so much!

Went in for emergency flat tyre as my car doesn't have room for a spare, Michael was very accommodating and even though they were very busy managed to fix it up for me on the day.
Also have purchased my tyres through this store and have been substantially cheaper than other places.....
Highly recommend!

Needed to realign my side mirror a few weeks ago,today my fender was loose went to book a service the manager said no need fixed on the spot .
Both times no charge.

I had a flat tyre and went in to see Eric at Centre road Bentleigh east, what a wonderful experience. This is the second time in three months that I have had a flat tyre and he has always been friendly and accomodating, his customer service is impeccable and I will not hesitate in recommending him to all my friends and family. Went in to get my tyre fixed as I had a screw in it.
