Major lack of communication from ordering the tyres. Had to call a week before the date to check and they knew nothing about the order. Eventually found the order and they said we’ll need to get the tyres in. Called again the day before to make sure they were there and they eventually found the tyres.
Originally told they need the car for 2 hours then 4 and ended up being 6 hours. Not great when you organise other things to be done during that day.
Tyre pressures were all over the place and had to correct all 4.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Rick, the best frontline customer service manager I've encountered. His professionalism and quick service were outstanding. Throughout my visit to get new tires for my car, I saw Rick handle numerous customers with ease, always providing top-notch service. The entire team worked tirelessly, even after 5:30 PM, to ensure customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work. I am extremely happy with the service and care I received. Kudos to Rick and the team!

quality care and customer service.

Booked in for a low pressure tire; although had an appointment and was on time. Had to wait about 10mins to be seen. The guys quickly proceeded to charge me for the repair. I pointed out; it shouldn’t be the case as i had bought the tyres from mycar.
It took half a day but the tire was fixed and I took the car home. Next day; had a completely flat. Could not move the car. What’s more could not remove the wheel as it was too tightly screwed in. Had to call roadside assistance. They had the same experience and complaint about how badly the wheels were screwed in. He also points out the leak was exactly the same spot aa the repairs puncture. Another day wasted.
Had take a day off on Monday to get the tyre fixed. The reception says the flat may have taken place while taking the car back home. It took them the whole day to fix my car. 3 days for a flat tyre.
Poor workmanship; poor attitude and bad customer service.

We needed new tyres for two cars and decided to try our local Mycar, where we met Rick. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent service. When we found a cheaper price for the same tyres, he happily honored the price beat guarantee. Rick was friendly, approachable, and patient, answering all of our questions without hesitation. We’ll definitely be returning for future tyre needs!
