Usually I am pretty happy go lucky when it comes to getting my car serviced. The location is convenient and the team is always friendly.
However, I have to say that this time was a little disappointing. When I booked my service over the phone, I mentioned that it was a 10,000km service for LeasePlan, but it seems that detail wasn’t written down. On the day, I didn’t think to mention it again, assuming everything was noted correctly.
When I handed over my keys and signed for the cost, this was apparently when I was supposed to mention it. I was then made to feel like the mix-up was my fault, which ended up delaying the collection of my car.
The staff were still polite and helpful, but I think taking clearer notes during the booking process would help avoid this kind of situation in the future.

Chris and the Team... were Wonderful and Very Supportive. They had taken great care in handling my Vehicle from a bad incident, which resulted in a lot of paperwork and preparation for Repairs to be approved.
Chris and Team worked well in maintaining good communication and advice.

Old Fashion Service with a smile
Yes, ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE. I was supposed to write this review some time ago but forgot. Apologies to the Bethania My Car staff - I dropped off some trailer tires and rims - all the valves were perished, so I requested for new ones to be put in, dropped them off in the morning and retrieved them in the afternoon after work, the staff not only assisted by lifting them into my Ute but didn't charge me for the job. Wow, don't see this service anymore. Of course, I've had my Ute serviced here before with excellent results, and this is why I'll continue to support the Team @ My Car Bethania. Cheers Mark
