Easy to book online
Easy to book online, fast check in and pick up of car. The young female mechanic surprisingly said to me though there was no need to track ongoing services in your log book which I disagreed 100%. What happens if I want to sell my car? She gave no proper explanation and could have gone over what she did to me car. Was too blazey.

Great service from staff at Birkdale. Used for tyres on numerous occasions. This time for a repair on my suspension. Found problem with loose items from last repair by other mechanics and repaired in only 30 minutes. Will definitely use you again.

Awesome honesty re: our wheel alignment
We booked our Mazda CX 5 for a wheel alignment at Birkdale Brisbane and took our car in. Ben rung about an hour later saying the car’s wheels aligned within the guidelines so he felt in his right mind he couldn’t charge us for the service. It would have been I think $80-90. We were very impressed with his honesty and were very grateful. We would totally recommend the team at MyCar Birkdale Brisbane.
