In spite of obviously being understaffed, (I know from my fellow residents at the Retirement Village), Jake and the lovely Bella go out of their way to help, they are cheery and go beyond the call of duty. We value them, I just hope Mycar does too.

rear back tyre repair
Booked my car in as rear back tyre had a screw in it. Off and fixed in under 30mins then as mechanic on his own said don't worry about cost as his jobs were backed up. Great service was very impressed.

Can’t fault the work so far but often…
Can’t fault the work so far but often run into problems re dropping me back home and collecting me once the work is done. I’m disabled and live alone and depend on someone at Mycar to help out. I live nearby and it’s only a 5 minute drive. Last week I was advised to drop my car off at 8am and that someone would be able to drop me off home. Not so- I was told that they had to wait until the manager arrived? when. Luckily my neighbour was home to help. Apparently the manager didn’t arrive until 9.20am. Same today to complete some more work- I rang at 9am- manager still not in. Got there at 9.20am and he was able to drop me home after I dropped off the car. “Not happy Jan”!!! Trish
